My boyfriend went to this location to purchase an oil filter and plug for his vehicle (a 2013). We live out of town so when he got home to do what he needed to do, realized they gave him the wrong parts (for a 2015). Shouldnāt be too big of a deal, then he brought it back to either exchange or get his money back but they would not. They gave him a $2 ādiscountā. That is not right, that he has to pay for someone elseās mistakes.

I have always had good service and the staff are knowledgeable.
Recently however I called the store, and was told they had what I needed and that they would save it in a quote for me. I went down when I had the time and talked to a guy named Mikey who didn't find it and when he asked when I called I said it was about a week ago. He was agitated and had to look up the part. There was no other customers in line or in the store but you'd have thought I kicked his dog the way he threw a tantrum, smashing his keyboard and snapping questions at me. It took him multiple tries to do whatever he was doing because he was so aggressive with the keyboard. He practically threw the box with my sensor onto the counter. The sensor I needed had 2 wires on it, when I got home and opened it one was broke off. I soldered it on so no harm no foul but this guy needs to learn how to treat people, especially customers who go out of their way to go to his store. The other staff have always treated me really good. This ticked me off so much I had to cool down instead of going back and being an causing a scene and settled for making a google account just to leave this review.
This old man will go back but I will wait in a line out the door in the middle of winter before I stand in front of Mikey again.

Hi have a part with out invoice and purchased week ago part didn't work I am sure they could looked up invoice and part says Napa 0n the box me I will never buy there again

Observed a Napa van in Regina in a school zone at 10.47 AM McCarthy and Rochdale,everyone doing 30kmh, all of sudden this NAPA van finds we are too slow and zips into the right lane,goes flying by at 50-60 kmh for a whole lengthy block and turns right. Sign on back of van says How's my driving? Called into the store to report and manager is away and party I spoke to seemed very disinterested in talking about the matter. Hope the driver gets caught and smartens up before he hurts some school child.Not very good advertising for NAPA. Thx for reading.April 24,2023
