Our family loves the Pet Station. They have a great selection of products that our pets love, but what keeps us going back is the outstanding service. The customer service we receive is consistent, genuine, and personal. And the home delivery option on Mondays and Fridays is a huge bonus. ❤️

This is the best pet store in the city. My dog, Roux, loves it here and they always know him by name. The customer service is personalized, helpful, friendly, and attentive to detail. I live far away but make the trip to support this small business as well as they have a delivery service as well for Regina. This makes it a lot easier for us to get supplies when we run out. Roux is always so excited to go here. He would spend all day with the owners if he could and they always give him treats and lots of attention. I 10/10 recommend this pet store to anyone as their customer service exceeds any place else in the city. Thanks for everything.
