If I lived in Regina this would be my go to store. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had. I now know this very favourite toy of a very favourite, some say very spoiled, magic Irish Wolfhound has been discontinued. Thanks to Pam I have a wee stock to pull from for what I pray ?? are for years to come. Full of gratitude. .”

“Just visited Prairie Aquatics & Exotics and I’m pretty sure the staff secretly have PhDs in every animal ever. ???
I went in thinking I’d ask one quick question about fish… and 20 minutes later I’d learned about reptiles, amphibians, aquatic plants, and probably the life story of a snail. I half expected them to start explaining the emotional needs of a goldfish and the tax bracket of a gecko.
No matter what animal you bring up, they somehow know the answer. I’m convinced if I walked in with a raccoon wearing sunglasses and asked, “What does this guy eat?” they’d calmly say, “Ah yes, that’s Steve. He prefers blueberries.”
Super friendly, insanely knowledgeable, and now I trust them more than Google when it comes to animal questions. 10/10 would return for both supplies and unexpected wildlife education.”
“I love this place. It’s small but they have only the best quality when it comes to their selections. Whenever I go, they greet me and recognize me right away- even if I only pick up dog food row quick and don’t have much of a presence for myself. Shows they truly care about every customer, even the quiet in-and-out ones!”

“Normally I'm a huge fan of this store. Don't get me wrong, most staff is competent and handle themselves very very well at this store. But I was saddened tonight to leave the store empty handed due to just not getting talked to. Love this store and I get good help is hard to find but that was annoying.
Edit: changed to 4* from 3* after recent doings there with a great manager lady who changed my views.”
“Sales associate helped me find a bigger size of my brand of dog food. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock so she suggested a different flavor and said it was very popular. She also said that if my dog doesn't like it, I can return the bag as long as it's over 50% full. Very helpful and friendly there. Was greated upon arrival and asked if I needed help finding anything.”
