“I recently purchased two dog harnesses because I was unsure which size would fit my dog best. After trying both harnesses, I found that neither fit him properly or met my expectations.
When I returned to the store, I was informed that I could not receive a refund, store credit, or even exchange the harnesses because I had used my Treats Rewards points. I reached out to Petsmart corporate office who connected me with the store manager, who was able to work with me and made the situation right. Thank you to store manager for there dedication to customer service.”

“I looked all across Canada for a unique, indestructible, well crafted and oddly creative dog toy, that I knew existed but couldn’t find until I discovered The Cathedral Pet Stop!
Actually it is not so much that I discovered the toy. but that I found Pam, who could write a book on exemplary customer service.
If I lived in Regina this would be my go to store. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had. I now know this very favourite toy of a very favourite, some say very spoiled, magic Irish Wolfhound has been discontinued. Thanks to Pam I have a wee stock to pull from for what I pray ?? are for years to come. Full of gratitude. .”
