Had a brutal experience with the fish department. Went in to get a few goldfish, had everything prepared at home and was ready to get my first fish. Not only did they not sell me any fish, they ridiculed me for my lack of knowledge. Basically told me I needed to do more research before I was a suitable fish owner. Left the store feeling down and stupid, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Had a really great experience and awesome help that went above and beyond when i was buying some glow fish for my daughter. Left feeling like I went to the right place. Safari I believe was the salesperson I worked with. Great help. Thank you!

great service! went in a couple of days ago and was interested in the fish. The handsome young man in the fish department was super helpful and informative and i was really impressed with how much he knew about the fish being sold! I really hope management here considers giving him a raise, he really helped me start a new tank with my limited knowledge! 10/10 service from this employee, fantastic work!

Extremely poor customer service at this location!!. Staff member who assisted us was "Samuel", very rude and arrogant. Have experienced this service at this location several times before. Staff need to learn how to talk to customers, even if they are refusing to sell something. The manager was rude to me once as well. They think they are the only people that love pets, so do I!!. We wouldn't buy a pet if we are not capable of keeping it alive. The higher
management should take a serious look into this store and really take measures to educate their staff on good customer service. So disrespectful!!.
Petland Staff are way kinder and knows how to treat their customers. Will be shopping at Petland going forward.

I picked up fish for my fresh water aquarium. The neons were just babies as were several other varieties i purchased. These were not worth full price. I was quite disappointed.
