Good luck trying to find an employee to get any assistance when you are in the store. I stood in the fish area for 15 mins then walked around the store to find an employee free to help.

The person working in the fish department was very rude and yelled at person he helped after me and outright refused to sell me the correct amount of fish needed for a school. With weeks of research I bought my tank specifically to house a school of fish and he would only sell me 3. 😡

My recent visit to PetSmart Regina Grasslands to have my dog's nails trimmed. It gave me a chance to look at the store as I had not visited before.
A couple of things that I noticed. The store has everything you are looking for in a pet store. Most importantly the Staff are fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable.
My dog's nails were trimmed perfectly.
This was my first visit but definitely not the last. Even my dog, Finnegan, gets excited to see the friendly Staff at PetSmart. He can hardly wait to get in the store to see his new found friends.

They should make a negative star review option for this location. It's truly an embarrassment to the company how arrogant and entitled the employee who deals with the fish area (and other locations - Debora? I believe) is.
You cannot go into this store with any intention regarding fish. If you do, be prepared to be talked down to like you're a 5 year old that knows nothing.
It's incredibly insulting to the intelligence of their customer base, even loyal returning ones.
Find someone else who knows how to work in customer service.
They don't have to kiss the customer's butt, but not being an pompous jerk is a nice quality to look for.
I see from other reviews that this is not a unique experience.
Do better, Petsmart.

Hello,
Richard - my mini schnauzer had an appointment June 27 at 6pm ( Regina, Grassland).
I’m was very disappointed. The groomer did not meet my expectation. I showed the lady the picture and told her this is a mini schnauzer- so his beard must look like a Schnauzer’s long beard. They cut his beard too short, he looks ridiculous.
I showed the picture ( picture shows long beard and short hair on body everywhere) they cut only upper part his body.
I’m very disappointed. The groomer completely messed up our mini schnauzer’s haircut. I definitely won’t come back .
