I don't recommend. The staff was friendly but the woman doing my nails didn't seem to know what she was doing. My nails are all different sizes and crooked. She got glue all over my fingers and none of them are shaped correctly.

We came here as a group from work. Pre-booked for our group. We were all very satisfied and happy with our pedicures! The ones who couldn't join us are envious of our beautiful toes. Thank you to all the workers we appreciated you all....till next time...

I went to get shellac on my nails. First of all the lady who was doing my nails was rude and was not able to get my nail shape right. She did not know what she was doing and kept going in wrong direction. The color I choose was grey and milky white, she did wrong color and when I confronted she said we don’t have it. I asked her in the beginning if you have it or not she said they had it. She did not get the design right even. The most horrible thing was my nail paint was so thick and mushy that next day it had bubble in it and started to come of. It was worthless paying money and not getting anything done. I recommend not to go here. BIG NO FOR THIS SALOON!!!!!!!!!

I’m not one to complain nor right a review but definitely wouldn’t suggest getting your nails done here. Got my nails done which was $73.25 which is a rip off . If you get your nails fixed three times in one week to all of them falling off do you think they would give a refund?? In this case they didn’t . Then the east location said they would do a set no charge but go for appointment and manager there questions when it was explained clear as can be over the phone. Don’t waste your time going to Pink Rose !!!

Hard to communicate on phone. Girl's distracted. Not a great job on my heels. I thought the overall experience lacked a relaxing atmosphere.

I always get a first rate reasonably priced pedicure. No matter who gives the service, the leg massages are INCREDIBLE!They have every color and design you might want and the massage chairs are wonderful.

I was disappointed. I couldn't get to my regular nail tech and we were going on a hot holiday, so I went to the Harbour landing location. 2 days later 0ne nail broke off and all the others lifted by the end if our one week holiday. And another one lifted right off 7 days later. Never again. I stay wi5h my own nail tech.

I cut my nails next day because pain and gap in b/w real and artificial one.I went second time , thought might not face any problem but she messed up with my nails , there is lot of gap in between acrylic and real nail. She didn’t made shape equal and size of nails especially thumbs one that much bigger as compared to other finger nails which was easily visible but when I asked her to check with the shape and size rather than fixing the lady (looks like senior or manager) at this location started shaking her head in a angry way. I was full with dust on my clothes.she didn’t cleaned my nails and haven’t did cuticles . Just applied acrylic directlyFirst time they given us appointment and said will do the services you want when we reached their the girl and that lady started arguing with us (looked like mother- daughter both ) that it’s their closing time, while on call we asked are they sure for timing of appointment as it’s their closing time. Horrible and worst service . The lady with a big attitude don’t know how to deal with customer. Never ever i will go there and definitely tell my known one’s never visit on this place and better to spend more rather than playing with your nails and spoil your day.Services: Nail extensions
