I have to admit, I don’t get my nails done often, so I don’t have much to compare to—but I took my niece here for a special auntie-and-niece birthday, and they totally “nailed” it!😜 We had such a great experience. The girls did a great job recreating both designs we picked out—even though mine was a bit more complex. I went in with low expectations since we were walk-ins, but I left super happy with how everything turned out.

Staff are absolutely amazing and have never had a bad experience.
If something is off they fix it right away.
Even have a lady that works there that teaches Vietnamese! They are my home away from home so kind and friendly even when people treat them poor they are still nice.
Prices for quality of work are low for the establishment and quality of work. I’m never shy to tip.

A lovely place with excellent staff. Friendly and experienced. I had smooshed a nail when i went to pay and they fixed it up right away.

Absolutely loved my experience at Polished Nails and spa.
The salon was super clean and the staff were really friendly. And specifically A gentleman name Peater doing fantastic job. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere!”

Used to be my go to because it was always a great experience but can not justify spending money here anymore. Rushed service, always painful and have to wait half an hour even when i make an appointment. Gone downhill big time. usually they’ll be wait but for bad service ? what’s the point

I have been going to Polished now consistently for 4 years and am disappointed to say that the last few visits I’ve had, the shellac has peeled off my toenails a mere week after having them done. I am not sure if they’re cutting corners or not letting things set long enough. Either way, not ideal.

Great experience for my two daughters today. Showed up as walk-in, they fit us in right away and did a wonderful job.
My girls have been asking to get their nails done for quite sometime. Finally, I broke down and decided to surprise them.
Welcoming environment, great staff. The girls had a wonderful experience from the moment they walked in the door.
Well done, we will be back!

Horrible service, rude workers, and the shaping in the nails are horrendous! way to bulky and bubbly! STAY AWAY!! DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!

Quality is subpar. Tried a few times but no change. Ladies do not understand English so cannot really understand your requests. What kind, design, color. Filed my cuticles repeatedly causing pain and injury even after repeatedly telling them to be careful. Final straw was to hear what they were saying about you through a translator. Ridiculing choices and design AND how they will charge me double for the design. They did. I called them out and owner was arrogant until I showed her the translations. I paid. She was stunned I walked out. Had to have both hands and feet redone at another salon.
