My old computer would not charge. PMWI worked with me to see if they could repair it. Unfortunately, they, nor the manufacture were able to repair it. They then helped me with obtaining a new computer and set it up for me. Would go to for help and buy from again.

I attempted to build my own PC but ended up realizing I had no idea what I was doing so I brought my parts to Prairie Micro works and within 2 days and few phone calls to confirm some stuff about the build, I had a well built gaming PC. I was extremely happy with pricing and customer service. Highly recommend for your pc needs!

These guys helped me sort out a complicated warranty issue with my daughter’s Lenovo laptop that required a ridiculous amount of their time even though it was a Lenovo thing. They were great and price for their time was very fair! Much appreciated.

I found this place to be very helpful for my old laptop was on able to be fix .i I end up picking refurbished laptop at reasonable prize which they installed all data on new laptop in no time .the staff are professional explain everything that senior can understand .
