I had heat only on the passenger side of my vehicle. I ran a coolant flush for a week and had them flush the system before having to replace the heater core. They flushed it and we have heat again!!! Saved me a ton of money not having to go eith the later option.

Had coolant leaking issues with our 2013 Lexus RX350. The team at Prairie Rad quickly diagnosed the problem and initially quoted me $700 for the repair. Once they opened it up, further inspection showed the part wasn’t actually needed. Instead of charging me the full amount, they billed less than the original quote. Honest, reliable mechanics who also made sure the work was done in time for our trip.

Terrible experience .Diagnosed our car as the engine was ruined and needed a new one .
Their opinion was put in a new engine .We left with them for at least 3 weeks only to find out engine cost would be $5500 .Needless to say we said no and had We sold it to a person we know as a fixer upper .they put in a new timing belt and it runs perfectly now . Haven’t heard back from the owner so I guess we lost a car worth $6500 because of the diagnosis .So sad !

Ive been using Curtis’s services for over 35 yrs, he’s honest , does good work and gets the job done when he says it will be done. When you need Radiator work done or gas tanks repaired there is no one better .

Wonderful service. My battery died as I was heading to Regina during the long weekend. Turns out it was my alternator. Curtis was able to fit me in the next business day, even though his schedule was full. My car ran perfectly fine back to Calgary. Thanks to Curtis and crew for the prompt service!
