Very rude. I believe she is owner. I am all for supporting small business but not stepping into this store again. Purschased 2 parkas in past from here but I will be giving my business to Northface online going forward and get 10% back upto 50$ quarterly with xplr pass.Replying to your comment.No, I was not TRYING to return at your store. I know how it works. I just came in with a question and lady was rude right away and my comment was "why are you so agitated? Plz Talk notmally"My behaviour was response to her attitude. Even the guy standing behind me at counter was smiling at my comment because he knew she was rude( I am sure now his stand will change for obvious reason). I wanted to try the size but then I left without trying becuase of her behaviour. Not spending any more time and money at your store. Also, not letting anyone I know spend here either and help them save additional 10 % and far better customer service online. You keep making up your story. I dont care. Fyi - I am not the only who has faced this. I have read your other reviews.Reply to your reply ....Even though I promised not to spend anymore time on this. Your Obliviousness and how you are just slightly altering events just pushed me to. Also, now that you are quoting me, allow me to quote some as well.Lets get some Facts straight:-1.I "DID NOT" come to your store to return the Jacket. I had a query about if it's possible given that you have some affiliation with northface(Big difference). If I knew the answer, I obviously wouldn't have visited your store. Your job is to help customer with their questions not say the following right away and I quote the lady "Your money is not in the store and would you buy a used jacket? (While she was shivering in anguish" to which I replied "Why are you so agitated, calm down."2. I wore my jacket from Car to Your store to compare the size.(It's not called Wore jacket, its called trying the fit)3. I accept and I did say "Do you wanna bet North face will take it back" Because I have confidence in their customer service. I also said" You are telling me that I cannot return 600 $ jacket that I got yesterday, even though my online profile say I can return it Jan 31,2024?" However, I NEVER said " I will make them" and My bet still stands till Jan 31...4. I have worked in Customer Service for quite sometime. Customers would come to return used ear buds and even though store policy says you can't return them but as a good customer service gesture " We still would most of the time" and if it's in too bad of a condition, I respectfully would apologize and show them the policy. You are saying customer can't return jacket that they wore from their car to store. May be you need to revisit your policies and in response to lady's question " No I would not wear returned jacket. I would also not purchase returned TV, cell phone or anything for that matter but you can still return them." I am not a Billion $$$$ company. I am a consumer and 600$ is big deal.5. Now that I revisit all in my head. This is my conclusion. That Lady was undoubtedly rude and too quick to judge. I am not sure why she judged too quick (May be just may be my Skin color). That conversation could have went so Nice and I would have left with more knowledge. Which in a hindsight I still did. (Not to spend a penny at your store).6. I can see how much you are owning up to your responsibility and mistake. In last 10 years I have left 5 reviews (including this one). All of them are 5 stars (except this one). What I am trying to say is, I usually don't provide reviews. I only do, if service is exceptional and have always ignored poor service. This is the first negative review and hopefully last.7. Lastly and most importantly. Who gave you permission to look up my record and put personal information publicly that I purchased a jacket from you in 2013 ? Did you also look up my address and phone number?

In winter took a ton of time to get our family set up for our ski holiday. The gear they recommended made our trip so much better than it would have been. Then in summer we went on a couples trip to the Utah desert. Again they hooked us up and the gear they recommended made our trip better than it would have been. Everyone on their staff is so knowledgable and a huge help.

I visited for the first time this past weekend. I was looking for a very specific North Face backpack (Fusebox) and I found it! I think it was Neil who helped me. He was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the young girl who showed us where the backpacks were. I will sure to be back in the future.

This is your one stop shop!! Highly, highly recommend!!!!!We went in for certain items for our honeymoon and they had everything & more!! Lots of options of quality items which is so nice!Staff is super friendly, helpful and extra knowledgeable about absolutely everything. They never batted an eye while we took our time (and we were there a long, long time lol) but we had lots of things we needed and they had it ALL!!I had two other items I wanted, not for our honeymoon, but needed to upgrade from my old gear and I found exactly what I had been searching for.Make this place your first stop when shopping for any outdoor gear- you wont be disappointed!We wish we had gone here first than running around to a million of stores that just don’t compare to this place!I got the nicest winter coat, good warm winter boots and the other exact items I needed for the honeymoon! The hubby also got all his items he needed & more!!! :)

Great store run by a great, local family. This store sells good quality gear and they have a very friendly and knowledgable staff. The store very generously supports local groups and organizations. If it weren't for the generous support of the Prairie Summit Shop, the Outdoor School program that I work with would not be able to do what it does. Thank you!

A great place to go for outdoor clothing and gear. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I tend to research a fair bit before buying, and I love that they can still offer technical advice that I wasn't able to learn through Google or YouTube. A huge selection of North Face clothing and gear, but they have also started to carry brands like MSR, Salomon, Eureka, Black Diamond and more.
