This place was/is AMAZING!! Back in 2021, we brought our Westie in because we were having some issues, and still needed to drive another 4 hours back home. They came out, checked the issue, fixed it, sent us home with what we needed, and all in good time. We made it home with no issues! Thanks again!

Awesome people here. They could not help me, but they took the time to at least try. Extremely knowledgeable about bmw and other imports. Call or stop in, it will be worth your while.

I am SO indebted to the deeply knowledgeable hero who runs this shop. We were stranded with a seriously mysteriously and severely ailing VW on a road trip - a province from home and an hour from destination. We were looked after past regular hours, diagnosed treated and resolved. Plus super valuable guidance for future maintenance. Amazing service, generosity and expertise.

The owner, Cal, is a savior. Our Vanagon had a major breakdown in Saskatchewan on our trip across Canada. Even though he had a busy schedule, Cal was very generous of his time and checked the van as soon as the towing dropped us and managed to fix it the very same afternoon, so we could resume our trip as soon as possible. He even took the time to give share some knowledge about the maintenance of this old van. Thanks 1000 times.

I don’t even know where to start. I was recommended this shop by an acquaintance who said Precision was so much cheaper than the dealership and that they knew how to work on Mini Coopers.Needless to say, I was shocked that I had such an awful experience with Precision. In 26 years of owning vehicles I have never dealt with a mechanic/shop like this one.They were unprofessional. (For example, they didn’t even tag customers’ keys with their names. When the man in front of me came to pick up his vehicle they gave him a key to try as “they had a few Audis in that day, so they didn’t know which one was his key.” It wasn’t his, so he got to try again.?) They were incompetent (or else they consciously lied and charged me hundreds of dollars to NOT fix my car). My key fob mysteriously became defective after the “service” though it could be a weird coincidence.On my two occasions (I went back a second time because I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt and a second chance. Silly me.) visiting Precision they told me that my engine issues were because I was using Costco premium gas. That wasn’t true as I began using Co-op premium gas and did two rounds of fuel cleaner over a couple of months yet nothing changed… you know, because the gas was not the problem. At my final visit I was told my car was “fine” (even though the steering wheel was cocked 15 degrees to the left so it didn’t drive straight) and that both tires were simply low—by 10 psi—on the driver’s side. This was false as I checked them before I showed up. What can I say, I’m capable of knowing a couple of things about cars… and those tires were brand new, too.I took it to another mechanic where they actually fixed the problems for less than Precision charged to gaslight me.Lesson learned.

I was instructed that this was one of the only places in town that delt with Audi cars, I needed my coolant topped up and they helped me asap no questions asked, while I was travelling from out of town. I highly recommend these guys.

Cal the best! he got my 1980 TR7 running awesome again! He was very patient with me while I ordered all the parts required and knowledgeable on everything my vehicle needed. He knew exactly what my vehicle needed and made some great performance suggestions. He treated my car like one of his own and it shows, he made the extra effort to pull my car in every night. My car runs better than new and sounds great I would definitely use Cal again for any of my vehicle needs.

Had a knock sound in the front end. The owner came off very knowledgeable and confident that he knew what it was. He changed out some parts and the knock continued. When I went back to talk about it, he was very defensive, shifty and self-conscious. Then, he said of course I’ll fix it, I’m a really good tech. Then why didn’t you fix it right in the first place if you are such a good tech? He got mad at the end and started to swear and get very defensive. Sad really.
