I bought a pair of short black boots in November and a few months later the material on top of my boot is already tearing away. $80 on sale too. I can get better, cheaper boots at Ardene. The customer service was also terrible. I had to ask someone to help me and the staff don't know how to smile.

Quick service in store and when I needed to replace the shoes, due to poor craftmanship, after ten days of wear they were able to do it without any hassle. Shout out to Emily at the Gordon Rd location!
