Some managers are really nice and some are really rude, unfortunately i got the rude one and she couldn’t even talk with straight face and showed attitude the entire conversation (working on 25th may around 4pm). I don’t know why it is hard for some people to speak politely.

Yesterday I came to pick up an online order and the guy who came to give me the order wasn’t good for me , he didn’t even help me to take the packages very disappointed. Bad experienced with super store Albert street store and this is my second time that happened the same way .

Slipped in the aisle from a spaghetti spilt on the floor while I was pushing the cart I had a big bump in my shin it was really red the next day , I reported it I was told a third party will call never get a call. There should be a staff checking every aisle from any spill item .

Nice place to shop for your groceries with lots of varieties. The plantains and other vegetables are cheaper than in Walmart. 😅

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Albert Street..!
I was there for a gum, which was in locked cupboard, the pharmacist told me to wait for a few minutes, it was almost an hour and half. One of the pharmacists came telling us we don't have keys for the drawer, maybe the manager has it who is not here at the moment maybe you could wait for next hour to get it!!

Worst customer service ever
Waited for almost 25 min to get a shelf open near pharmacy section ,
Pharmacy person paged 3 times for customer assistance no one came
After almost 25-30 min one pharmacy employee came and said staff are unable to find keys for the shelves
It took them almost 30 min to say this
Never ever going to come back not even for groceries.
Employees at superstore don’t value customers time
