If I could give a negative i would. Misleading prices on green beans some prices in grams packaging in bags to lure you onto thinking price is the one listed. Today blueberries placed where raspberries where priced to confuse the costumers. I don't know what happened to superstore I used to like it now corporate greed is evident. Will never go there again. I will go to coop instead and tell everyone I know to do the same. Shame on you

The first thing you see while getting a cart is a huge pile of garbage. Garbage attracts rodents and rats. The amount of employees it would take to clean that up would be one employee for less than one hour per day. Why are Managers allowing this to happen? Next up, the fresh herbs that aren't even close to being fresh. At around $3 a bundle for parsley you'd think they would at least be fresh. If superstore can't handle these simple tasks of cleaning up garbage and keeping their produce fresh, I'd hate to know what's happening in their meat and seafood departments. Unacceptable

This place mean well I went with my mom to get some stuff but we forgot something so I went alone, my mom told me to go to the customer service. I just needed one thing but they no and she didn't even smile at me

What happened to all cash registers being open on Saturday and Sunday? The lines ups are ridiculous, 9-10am there is 3 tills open and line ups going into the bakery. Can't navigate around aisle well when it's like that, it's almost not worth the slightly less grocery bill .

I'm giving it a better rate than I should because it was late when we went to shop. Couldn't find most of what I wanted so had to stop at another store on way out of city.

I had a very bad experience dealing with the assistant manager, Nancy. She was very rude and loud in front of other customers without any reason. If someone at the Asiatant Manager level is behaving like this, how would you improve the service for the front-end people? She needs to be trained on how to talk with a customer.

If you like buying extremely overpriced products while being treated like a criminal by the incompetent staff then you've come to the right store.
If you want fair prices or to be treated like a human being then you should take your business anyplace else instead.
