Great service, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Buying a car here was a very smooth process from start to finish. I never felt pressured into buying something for the sake of buying something like I did at some other dealerships in town. When the time comes again for a new vehicle, I'll most likely come back.

The staff at Regina Mazda were phenomenal. I had come into the dealership with a really bad taste in my mouth after a terrible experience at another dealership in the city. Justin was a wonderful sales person, very knowledgeable about everything Mazda. He took me on a test drive like I've never experienced before and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy. The entire process from test drive to driving home was seamless and I was made to feel like more than just another customer. I felt valued and appreciated. Based on this experience, I will be a Mazda Regina customer for life!

I have had the pleasure of purchasing three vehicles from this dealership: a new Mazda CX-9 in 2018, a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 in 2024, and most recently, a pre-owned Chevrolet Equinox. Throughout my experiences, I have been consistently impressed by the dealership's exceptional service.
The owner of the Regina Mazda sales demonstrates a remarkable taste in cars, and every interaction with the sales representative, DK, has highlighted his deep expertise and understanding of both car features and customer needs. His professionalism and commitment to making the deal work have been invaluable.
Additionally, the account department, particularly the finance lady (Kristy), has been outstanding. She is not only professional and efficient but also exceptionally responsive, promptly addressing any queries and ensuring a smooth paperwork process.
This dealership goes beyond merely selling cars; they build trust with their clients through their responsiveness and customer-centric approach. Given my positive experiences, this will be the first place I visit for any future car purchases in Regina. This is my second new car purchase in the past 20 years. Regina Mazda is the second car dealership I've worked with; the first was Crestview Dodge dealership. Many have praised their excellent service, and I have read them and echoed as well. I had a good conversation with both Justin and his boss. As I mentioned in our talks, this is just the beginning—it's a good start, but it's not the end yet. Each of us know that it will take 10 or even 20 years for them to continually demonstrate their care and dedication to excellence to customers like us.
It brings me great joy to see our fellow Canadians excelling in their fields, regardless of the field. For many, a car is an essential part of life, and the process of buying, maintaining, and using a car should be enjoyable and positive, not a source of frustration, anger, or negative thoughts about humanity.
