Cleo’s staff was 100% better.
Made feel like I was a real person
Ricki’s staff was not pleasant at all and made my experience horrible. She was not people friendly and just because the clearance was my partake she was ignoring that. Do they get commission?

Staff was kind of grumpy when I asked for a price adjustment because the sale was bigger online. Preferred the harbour landing location where the selection was bigger, staff was more friendly, and rickis/Cleo was joined to one store so I didn't have to do two separate transactions.
