Rmp service dept usually does a great job. This last appointment however was a disaster as all the “walk in tire changeover people” were brought in ahead of our scheduled appointment.My wife had to wait at home for her call in the afternoon when the appointment was 8:00 am. If the circumstances were communicated from the beginning it would have saved a lot of trouble.

It was a great experience. We went down to get a Chevy Trax but they willingly took us on test drive with all of possible options and we get a better car with a good price. Shoutout to Jim for his time and effort. Also, when we got approved, they helped us really fast so we can get the car the same day, despite it was almost their closing time. Their attitude and manners were phenomenal throughout the whole process. From the very first moment until we left the dealership with our car.
