I am back to leave another review, I just purchased a 2024 Trax from Len, and I couldn't be happier, I have now had 3 vehicles from Len, and each and every purchase from him was outstanding, he checks in regularly and each time I'm there the process goes smooth. I couldn't be more happier with my 2024 Trax, never had a new vehicle and it's everything I wanted, I had to wait a bit for it arrive on the lot but the wait was worth it! Thanks again Len and RMP for another great purchase and for all that you did for me!

First let me say I didn’t intend to review this company but I received a text asking me to. I needed the hose for the front washer replaced. I made my appointment online 10 days prior. They had all the vehicle information so I thought they would make sure they had the part.Two days prior a woman texted me and said you marked that you would wait. No question just stated that. I typed back yes and her answer was ‘but it’s electrical’. I had no idea what that meant, was it some kind of code? I replied it’s the hose from the washer reservoir to the nozzle on the hood. She informed me that it was connected to a pump and so it’s electric. I still no idea what she was trying to tell me so I offered that I would think they had the part since I made the appointment over a week prior and since I had an appointment I would wait. I asked if they did have a replacement hose on hand she said she would check. I never heard back from her. Never. This took place over two days and each time I reached out the answer was sorry, I’ll get that information, so she obviously forgot about me. Each time! Perhaps she’s overworked or new. Who knows.I get there and the gentleman asks for my keys and says he’ll call when it’s ready. I was too angry after being ignored by text and confused by the communication I did receive to go over it again so I went home and canceled my other appointments for the day. My conclusion is their communication internally is either none existent or their communication to the customer doesn’t matter to them. So, be warned an appointment only means it’s an appointment to drop off your vehicle not that anything will be done to your vehicle at that time. Yes, the part was replaced and it works fine but I’d only return out of desperation and not schedule anything else for the day.

The service I received was phenomenal! I was booked in quick and easy. They took such great care of my vehicle and went above and beyond with the required maintenance. They were honest and saved me a good amount of money, when my check engine light came on. They solved the issue quickly and assisted me with warranty coverage. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back if I ever have any concerns.

It's unfortunate that Travis is no longer here, as we used to deal with him for our vehicle needs. Recently, my wife lost the keys to our new Equinox, and we had to wait for three days to get the service. However, Max was there to assist us. Although we couldn't get a loaner vehicle on the day of the service, Max took my contact information and called the next morning to book a loaner for us on February 15th. I'm grateful for the excellent services provided by Regina Motor Products. The people around the dealership are very friendly and helpful.
