I wanted to take new sim, so I went there. First I met a guy, who was unable to help me as there was some problem with my credit check. I called rogers credit department, they never answered my call. I called ankur and he solved the problem without even calling anybody. Just a humble request go to ankur, or else u will have to wait and call them which they never answers. Thank u ankur.

Only issue was a problem printing the service agreement which caused them to have to call Rogers to complete my upgrade on their end. Didn't plan on spending this much time getting a new phone.

I believe I had the pleasure of meeting Jason today. Jason is very polite, informative and he has a very calm presence about him which is def a plus as someone who struggles daily with social anxiety,you don’t find these type of people very often aha. But,Thank you again Jason,I’ll def visit you guys again in the future :)

we were hoping to get a survey because we wanted the rogers corporation to know that if we had not had Jaden, as our sales person, we would have walked out as we had done 2 weeks previously.Jaden is a 5 star sales person. I went in to try and retrieve an old number, I was advised by the assistant manager that I needed to try to port the number which was inactive and that if it was unsuccessful I would be refunded in full the next day. The port failed and I went in for my refund and the corporate manager Melissa denied my refund and when challenged she told me that even though she could refund me she would not as it is policy. She then told me to leave the premises as the discussion was over and if I did not leave she would call security to remove me.

Why even bother coming out there in person if their incompetent staff just ends up directing you to their non-user-friendly website, or outdated customer service phone-line; which mind you, doesnt even work past the hours the stores close? Save yourself the trip over to this pathetic little kiosk and go straight to the website; or just save yourself even more trouble and simply dont choose Rogers.
