i needed an electric drill and some nails and drill bits. i needed help and had a few questions. omg dude, the old man working there is awful. i don’t know what his name is, but he is the meanest person ive ever met like i actually can’t believe it.
i understand that it’s frustrating when you know everything about something, and someone comes in and doesn’t know anything about it, but shouldn’t that be a learning opportunity? not an opportunity to verbally abuse some random girl who just wants to learn how to use basic tools? after meeting this horrible human, i decided not to ask any questions, just get my stuff and go, because he clearly wasn’t in the mentoring mood, which is fine! not his job! but he was just berating me for not already knowing “such basic knowledge”, mocking me, and even said women shouldn’t come into his store at all.
i feel horrible, but im also appalled by this attitude

From what I can tell ALL the other one star reviews for this store stem from the same old, insufferable, evil man who works there. The store is so lovely I can’t believe I left hoping it burns to the ground. I work for a company that uses a pressure washer which was no longer starting and needed fixing. I don’t know much about pressure washers, but I was the only employee available to take it in. I went in nervous and not wanting to cause a nuisance. I enlisted a friend who’s more knowledgeable to come with me so I wouldn’t be as clueless. My friend and I are both young women so I was also very cautious of being overcharged. I went in and was immediately prompted with a contract for the repair so they could take it in. I explained how the company I work for has a price cap, and I had a few questions about the price of the estimate and a ballpark for the repair. Before I signed I just needed some general information. When I explained my situation he declared he had no desire to deal with the back and forth of a company and was upset they sent me. He then proceeded to rip up the contract that had nothing on it in front of me and told me to go buy a new pressure washer. I was so dumbfounded by the whole interaction I think I said thank you and left with my friend. Look, I understand not wanting to deal with my situation and a company, it’s his business. However, the way he spoke was uncalled for. It’s not even my pressure washer and I am more than happy to go somewhere else. I have gone back and forth on whether I did something rude, but I think that man leads such a sad, lonely, angry life and that it is just how he operates. Especially after reading other reviews. My friend went in afterward to discuss how uncomfortable the entire situation had been and he doubled down on his customer service. If you go in, grab some cinnamon buns (they looked delicious honestly), and spit on the old man for me.

Absolutely terrible customer experience. Rudest people I’ve ever engaged in a conversation with. Take yourself somewhere else where you’ll get treated with respect. Service was not even subpar, it was terrible.

Honestly THE WORST customer experience I’ve ever had. I tried bringing in a piece of equipment to be repaired and was simply looking for a quote on how much it would cost. The equipment is company property so the owners have a price cap on how much they are wanting to spend on repairs vs. the cost of outright buying a new unit- my Colleague and I explained this very nicely to the guy working the front desk and we were met with nothing short of outright rudeness. He seemed bothered by any and all questions we had and had a terrible attitude towards us the whole time saying “he doesn’t want to deal with it” and was snarky towards us saying the company “should’ve sent other people in to come in” besides us… we are two young females… so assume with that what you will. The thing about the whole interaction that really was the cherry on top was when he RIPPED UP the order form in my colleagues face. I kid you not RIPPED IT UP in her face followed by a nasty “take it somewhere else- seems like it’s more trouble than it’s worth.” I went back in shortly after to try and have a conversation about how understandably the whole interaction didn’t sit right. when I walked back in through the door the I was greeted with a “what now.” Both employees expressed that they thought “nothing was wrong or rude” about the interaction and started raising their tone to the point the other worker waved down the man at the front desk as a sign to calm down when he was talking to me. will not be returning ever again and definitely don’t recommend anyone going to support a business that’s run with such incompetent customer service. I’ve never left a review let alone a bad one at any business in my life but the whole interaction was so disgusting that for the first time I’ve actually felt the need- that says a lot.

Not a good day for owner i get everyone has there bad days but leave it at the door at work. My bf was getting keys cut for work was asking a few questions because the older man didn't really seem like he wanted to cut a few keys doesnt say hi nothin and says "you aren't asking for much", other than talking to his friends. Customers come first. After cutting the keys my bf asked which were which he rudly said "well you'll have to figure it out when you get home". Customer service needs to be better bad attitudes effect your business.

I took a lawnmower there and they said it'd be 3 days to get it running.
They never called me to tell me anything after a week so I had to call and the one guy on the speedy tune side was never around it seemed. When I finally got ahold of him the story changed from they couldn't find the part, to it was on order and should be here in a few days, to it's on back order and they had no idea when it'd be here.
They had the mower for over a 40 days and when I wanted it back they said they couldn't give it to me that day because it was off site and the guy in charge of the mowers was out. It was my only day off and the only day I had a truck so I asked that instead of them taking it from their off site location to their storefront they drop it at my house since they dropped the ball so hard and they refused.
I had someone pick it up the next day and take it to another place that called me back in a few days.
0/5 for customer service.
0/5 for quality of work.
4/5 for homecooked food.
