Hmmm. They won’t take back their products as it’s “produce” and had left their store, won’t issue a refund for it. Even though the quality on the “ highly priced “ product they sell isn’t the greatest.

Their delivery service used to be good. But just now my raw veggies and dairy arrived frozen. In the recent past I have gotten squashed bread, torn open tofu that leaked everywhere, pork chops that bled on other items, and they gave me a block of white cheddar with a torn package and covered in green mold. The managers twice were kind on the phone and gave me a refund. But it defeats the purpose of ordering groceries when you have to go shopping to replace these delivered items. I just deleted my account, no more business to this company.

Favourite grocery store in Regina. One complaint is their meat section, they do not have many options of different cuts of meat.

Terrible, their online ordering is a colossal waste of time. I ordered 5 items, they 1 in stock….i found that out after I had driven from Pilot Butte to Regina to pick it up. Huge waste of time and gas and money. I’ll NEVER shop there again!

Very nice store. All items usually fresh and price is soo reasonable especially card price sometimes really awesome. Staffs are soo friendly, especially branch manager name "Rob". Infact, I lost one of my shopping receipt for my company's purchased from save on food. Purchase was done last month. I asked staffs and senior guy working in save on food to get me the receipt, however they said it won't be possible to issue the receipt for item purchased last month. At a same time, the branch manager, Rob was listening this conversation from bit far and then he entered into the conversation and said to me Yes it is possible. He not only search and issue the receipt but also teach his staff about how to retrieve the receipt copy from system. What is nice gentlemen he is. Upon asking, he said, he has been working in save on food past 22 years. Company shall consider this person as "Gems" and utilize his skills and customer dealing knowledge as a role as corporate/senior manager position, which can be valuable for all branches on save on foods.

Scanning code of conduct clearly displayed, sausages were on sale which the manager Tim confirmed then proceeded to argue with me telling me he would give me the sale price but not what their code of conduct clearly states. Trash customer service.

The store is clean, but most of the staff are rude and seem to be bothered when asked for help. Except for a few I have had the pleasure to deal with. High prices but low quality produce. Only positives is cleanliness and convenient location.

Have been going in that store for the last 3 years, the short lady with glasses that occasionally works the tills and the self serve have never seen her smile, if you were having troubles with the self checkout you could be standing right beside her and she wouldn't do anything to help until you said Hello Could I get your help. The older lady in the deli is very rude anytime you go up to ask for a few slices of a meat she looks like you are putting her out and the other day Sat.Feb.17 I was looking at some hotdogs amd she came over with customer basically pushed me out of the way to look after her customer at the time and I don't think she was very nice to him either. The customer service sucked three years ago and still hadn't changed. I would buy all my groceries there instead of Safeway and Sobeys, but asking for help or a question at this store seems impossible or you leave the store wondering why these two ladies make you feel like you were bothering them.
