“So far so good - 5 Stars! As a first timer looking for storage, the online process made it easy to book! Stephanie & staff are so friendly and helpful in determining size needed. I also really appreciate the secure access in and out of the facility, even though my storage is locked, it gives me a feel of added security for my belongings. Very reasonably priced.”

“We had to find a unit for my son's stuff when he and his young family had to relocate to Regina. The whole getting the unit was seamless. Then at the end of September they got approved for a place to live and even though they have a 15 day cancel date set they were more then willing to let us close the account because of the short last minute time frame. Thank StorageMart I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings.”

“Jen helped me, she was very thorough. Went over everything with me. So left the storage unit yesterday.Talk to someone today to get the money back from my monthly payment. Was told I don't get it because I didn't sign some papers. I mentioned I didn't have a date I was going to take my stuff out because I didn't know when and asked if I would get the difference of the money back for the monthly rental. I was told yes , I did not get it back, not happy!!! Won't go back and rent from them again.”

“Access Storage is very professional, offers great options for your needs, and is genuinely affordable. My storage unit wasn't secure due to a mistake on my end, but one of their employees, Melissa, secured it while doing a routine check and quickly let me know that everything was good to go till I swung by to fix it properly. Thanks Melissa!”

“Katherine helped me figure out a storage bin. I spoke to a different person and they said we could park the cube on the street but she let me know that was incorrect and I could get tickets. So she problem solved for me and helped figure out if we could park it in the back alley. She's amazing!”
