Service and products always 10/10, but disappointed that there wasn't birthday gifts... I always visit on my birthday month to buy me a nice gift on my birthday month and got also a small gift from Sephora, but not today. 🥲

Don't order anything online with your sephora points. If you need to exchange your product, they keep the points and also make you pay the difference in the points you used, AND make you pay tax on it again. Biggest rip off ever. Will never shop here again.

Went in to do an exchange in mall Sephora.
No exchange for sale products and poor customer service.
Checked with Sephora agent and went in to do exchanged double checked about the price and they told they will do exchange with no extra money.
When asked to manager they said it a different code they use.
It was so great and amazing to know that different Sephora has different exchange policy. Told by Sephora customer service and the acting manger in the Sephora store.
I am frequent customer to that store and not advised to my friends and family.
Same product was offered an exchange in east store in Regina.
For friendly and better service please go east store.

Visited today.
Very rude staff and asked for help they don’t want to help.
I don’t think that store has a manger and no one to take care. That’s why no employees care about helping the customer.
Shoppers drug mart has better service than this.
Hopefully that store gets a manger and provides better customer service.
Very bad service.

Visited the store Sunday 9th June only to know this is the Worst Sephora location ever. Poor service, no one cares if you stand in a aisle waving for help No one is making an eye contact with you to avoid helping. Staff including supervisor doesn’t know how to place an online order for home shipping from the store till. I ended up visiting Prince of wales location for everything. Staff here is just ruining the brand name👎

I visited this store again today. And I am satisfied with the work of sales consultants! When I came in, they immediately offered me help! Very nice girl, if I'm not wrong her name is Djedna, I could be wrong, sorry if I made a mistake in the name! She has short blonde hair, she was very nice to help me choose a face care. I have dry skin and the care option she suggested suited me. the skin feels tender after those products! Thanks for her work! Another pleasant moment was when she gave me a trial version of facial care, it's very nice, I will definitely come back!

Went in looking for a new fragrance and no one offered to help while there was people sitting on the floor (reorganizing shelves) kept having to walk down an aisle then back up to access another area of the fragrances since they blocked a lot of the walk way. The staff were in their own little world complaining about other staff working that day not knowing how to do something but not taking initiative to help her.
