This location... I don't know why, but the customer service is by far better than any mall location I've ever been to. Staff is patient, professional and knowledgeable. I am never disappointed with my visits here.

I had an amazing experience at the Sephora store in east-Regina, SK The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Rushita, who went above and beyond to help me. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I was impressed by how well she understood the products and her ability to recommend exactly what I needed. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re visiting this location, I highly recommend seeking out Rushita for her expertise and fantastic customer service!

Absolutely ADORE coming here everyone is so welcoming and friendly!! I hated going to the mall one I always felt so judged! And they are always so helpful! Every shopping experience at this location has been amazing

Swarming with 21yr olds working in there, I got asked 5 times in 5 mins can I help you but they spend 1 min then walk away. Too much merch, too much visual confusion, signs on wall dont match product collection on shelf when you walk over. The perfume smell is sickeningly overwhelming. 20 mins later outside and I'm still tasting it and nauseous. There were 5 empty chairs at the counter at front of store and I asked to sit for a sec from dizziness and they said the chairs were only for staff. OK, handed the basket with $80 purchases was gonna buy over to the staff member to put back, went to sit in car and let the teenagers go nuts playing with samples and not buy anything cause now the bank of mom has left the building. Not enjoyable, not accommodating to diverse audiences and ppl with disabilities, will order online direct from product websites next time and skip the in person Sephora middle-woman shopping experience.

I have been to this store many times in this year. And i always had great experience especially when Marj ( Marjorie) is on shift. Marj excels in customer interactions, providing friendly and professional service. She effectively address my concerns and inquiries, contributing to a positive shopping experience and repeat business.

I’ve been to this location couple of times and every time I go it’s always a great experience. Marj is one of the nicest people working there. Anytime I have a problem or question, she is always ready to help. She is the most patient, knowledgeable and kind person.

I’m glad there is a Sephora here but wow are are some of the staff rude!
I finally had time to go without my kids, I got what I need but decided to look at some perfume, they have them attached to retractable security cords, I was getting one from the top and the cord snapped back into place (I guess the glue came loose?) i was so surprised, I put the perfume back, one person came up and took the perfume down asking if it just come loose and then proceeded to tell me if I was going to keep looking I need to be more careful?!? - um what? I have no control over how well the merchandise is displayed and secured.

Huge thank you to Grant at this Sephora! I came in with a wedding emergency - the makeup artist had cancelled and I needed to step in as Maid of Honour and do the brides and all the bridesmaids makeup. Grant listened to all my needs and helped me find the right products to get the job done. Each recommendation was perfect. Thank you so much!
