Operating hours say 6am. I was there at 730am on the way to work. Lots of people trying to fill up but none of the pumps are working. Staff should be able to help right? Nope. Sitting inside with the door locked.Save your time and go to one of the other gas stations close by!

Lady working there is rude and hard to understand. Also was closing till at 1pm. Didn't no what that was about.So many complaints and nothing done about it. Never returning again.

Terrible station, apparently closes whenever they don't want to be there. locks the door with a 5 min away sign but then walked out and says we're closing early. And wasn't pleasant about it

Shell glencairn Regina SK Rudest people I've ever met , lady working there today was shouting at a delivery guy and wouldn't even allow him to speak , just plain rude to everyone and never open on time .

Had to wait 5 mins for employees to come back to unlock the door, then was rude to me and wouldn't let me use the locked bathroom, said it was out of service... It wasn't. Cancelled my trucks tank fill and found one of the 100 gas station on this road. 0/10

This is very nice shell location. their staff are fabulous and keep the store very clean and well organize. I do visit other shell gas station in the city once in a while but this station has no match.

I'm a cab driver filled up gas many times in this location. Today went there for use washroom at 8:30 am but he said washroom is out of service. I know it's open and it says only for shell customers but he didn't give the key. I will never go there again to fill up gas and tell my buddy's also.
