I had a terrible experience at this Gas station, another customer passed a racist comment towards me and what was more upsetting was that the employee working did nothing to stop it. I expect when I walk in to a business to be in a safe and respectful environment and unfortunately it was not.

I went to buy Sprite on my way to work for the night shift. I went to the counter said, "hi how are you"? Nothing..he scanned my 2 drinks, he didn't tell me the cost, I read the till. I said the amount, he just looked at me. I said "thank you", nothing. As I was leaving he was gobbing in his mouth & snorting ??. I will never visit this gas station again. More than horrible customer service. Date of visit was February 18th at 7:30 p.m. I rarely leave negative reviews, I usually praise businesses that deserve it. I rated this place because it was absolutely horrible...

Put 15$ into my car but got $1.50 worth of fuel added into my tank? How tf does that work i always have been a supporter of shell but this location is just ripping people off in fuel this isnt the first time ive had this happen too had a similar experience filling a jerry can. Will no longer get my support, with work vehicle's either.

Filled up here and used their bathroom. The facilities could use some cleaning and there was no paper towel. I let the attendant know that it needed to be restocked, but judging by the lack of supplies and need for it to be tidied up a d cleaned, gives me the impression they don't check on it regularly during the day. Might be a good idea to do.

Third time in a row you guys try to overcharge me for items and then when I ask how it's so expensive you instantly drop the price which makes no sense. I'd say there's some sort of scam going on here. Make sure to ask for a receipt after you pay!

Stopped here for fuel around 9pm Oct 13/21. Pre-paid at the pump and begin filling my car….or so I thought. It was painfully slow, so I shut it down at $10. When I get in my car to drive away, ZERO fuel has gone into my car. There is obviously something wrong here, as the pump was pumping nothing, but the litres and dollars were still climbing. How can a pump calculate litres of liquid that aren’t actually there? How much are people being scammed when filling fuel here??? My bank account was still debited the $10 even though no fuel was actually pumped out.

The rate at which the quality of customer service at this Shell Station has declined in the last year is alarming.I use to frequent this location daily as it was my regular fill up spot and the staff were always over the top. Remembering the regulars name, cigarrette selections, and just always generally friendly. Not to mention they were always updating their prices frequently, still being able to compete with other locations.Now, ever since the old staff left, I refuse to shop here unless absolutely necessary, their prices are through the roof. I order cigarettes and half the time the staff doesnt listen, hides the pack behind the counter then after the purchase quickly pass then off, only for you to realize once your gone, they gave you the wrong pack. THIS happens all the time. Diesel prices are 1.409 right now at their location, but 6 blocks down, their prices are 1.349. Please explain why there is a six cent difference in pricing less then 1km away. Their staff refuse to wear their masks correctly, they hang halfway down their faces and the do not adjust them. Tonight Nov15/21 I bought multiple products inside the store. I then asked the attendent to "turn the air on" as usually the staff would have no issue waiving the $2 charge and manually turning on the pump. Instead, i passive aggressively get a response of "its always on..."This is the last straw. I dont normally write reviews, infact if you look at my account. Im sure theres only one or two. This is the last time ill go there. I took time out of my day to come and say this, IF you absolutely need diesel. Go here. If you need ANYTHING ELSE. Gasoline, cigarettes, pop, chocolate, chips. Go to Esso, one block down. Atleast you wont be supporting these inconsiderate people.
