Very poor customer service. The cashier (Asif) was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and I was refused service without proper conduct. Definitely not the experience you expect from Shell. Would not recommend this gas station instead visit Esso just one block down with far better customer service.

Don't waste your time trying to get gas or fill your tires here... The hose on their air compressor is broken, so they put on a nice new one and it still leaks more air into your hand than it shoots out the nozzle - and they take $2.50 from you for this.... The debit terminals at the pumps also haven't worked the last handful of times I've been there. Time to go somewhere else for the most basic things...

I had a terrible experience at this Gas station, another customer passed a racist comment towards me and what was more upsetting was that the employee working did nothing to stop it. I expect when I walk in to a business to be in a safe and respectful environment and unfortunately it was not.

I went to buy Sprite on my way to work for the night shift. I went to the counter said, "hi how are you"? Nothing..he scanned my 2 drinks, he didn't tell me the cost, I read the till. I said the amount, he just looked at me. I said "thank you", nothing. As I was leaving he was gobbing in his mouth & snorting ??. I will never visit this gas station again. More than horrible customer service. Date of visit was February 18th at 7:30 p.m. I rarely leave negative reviews, I usually praise businesses that deserve it. I rated this place because it was absolutely horrible...

Put 15$ into my car but got $1.50 worth of fuel added into my tank? How tf does that work i always have been a supporter of shell but this location is just ripping people off in fuel this isnt the first time ive had this happen too had a similar experience filling a jerry can. Will no longer get my support, with work vehicle's either.

Filled up here and used their bathroom. The facilities could use some cleaning and there was no paper towel. I let the attendant know that it needed to be restocked, but judging by the lack of supplies and need for it to be tidied up a d cleaned, gives me the impression they don't check on it regularly during the day. Might be a good idea to do.

Third time in a row you guys try to overcharge me for items and then when I ask how it's so expensive you instantly drop the price which makes no sense. I'd say there's some sort of scam going on here. Make sure to ask for a receipt after you pay!
