Never been here before but I'm fighting for my life in the bathroom. It's actually quite nice for a gas station bathroom, though the water and air dryer were a bit weak.

I feel even a rating of two stars is potentially one star too many. This location used to have great service, and the staff used to be great to deal with. Ever since it's been taken over by new ownership, the original staff that were present at this location were immediately dispatched from this location. The ended up bringing in what seems to be lower paid staff. That being said, from being a place that I once used to frequent more often than not for fuel, coffee, cold drinks, snacks, and fuel, I now only Will go here only if deemed absolutely necessary.Hopefully management can turn that around, and get some pleasant staff back into the store. These newer, lower paid staff, have no manners, no customer service skills whatsoever.The only two staff members that are usually happy, and pleasant, are Arnold, the other original staff member.This is obviously a clear reflection on the management that has taken over. Absolutely unfortunate for this branch.

Was there this morning (sept 13, 2019) for lotto ticket. The lady cashier who worked between 9.30 to 10am was unpleasant.

I usually come there for filling up gas. Nov 27th at 9am, I came inside for lotteries. The lady did say hello to me. Her voice and her face are so bad to me. I did not know what happened to her and to me too?!!! I said "thank you" to her after I got a bad service. But she did not look at me or say any thing to me. What is the awful service! Do I need to come back again? It is very close to my home.
