Great service and clean station! The staff are polite, and the pumps are always in good working condition. I really appreciate how well-maintained the place is — definitely one of the best Shell stations around.

It was 10.20 pm, we were there to grab water bottles and girl saw us and locked us out we waited for 10 minutes but she didn’t opened went back side in the office. Worst thing ever happened.

Very rude older gentleman working here wanted to get my lotto ticket to pay for gas and he refused to combine them but every where else you can? Pretty much yelled at me probably don't need to go here anymore

We went to buy lotery tickets and the guy gave us fake tickets and he took our tickets. I will declare for fraud and investigation- it was too suspicious. . The guy in front of me printed the real tickets and put them aside. Be careful and do not trust and buy from them. Wait to hear from CRA - sure I Am not the only one.

Tried to get gas, a bottle of water, and a snack at 10 minutes before close and the worker told me to go away. He said he doesn't get paid to be there a couple minutes late and I said I can get everything I need and be out before they closed. He said 'I don't care' and 'that's the rules. Rules are for everyone.' when I worked retail I was never allowed to close early or talk to customers like that. I said I would not be getting gas then and he said he didn't care.Might be worth training staff properly or scheduling employees an extra 15 minutes or half hour past closing time so that they aren't being aggressive to customers.

Very rude old man working at the till. Tried to use the air pump and found out there was no end on the hose after I paid the $2. Asked for my money back and he gave me some kind of run around about calling a number. I also asked why there is no sign on the machine if he knew it does not work. Very rude and clueless. Watched him treat a female customer very poorly.

Most people that work there are friendly except for one person. He is always rude, never greets you, never talks to you and he tossed my lottery ticket winnings at me. Needs an attitude check.

Called to find out if they had a specific cigar flavor in stock, and the guy just said yeah we have that brand then hung up on me.

Refused to give advertised prices. There are Very prominently posts prices that staff refuses to sell at that price. States “Cannot change prices at till, either buy or don’t but that’s not the price anymore” either sell at listed price or don’t at all.

I came here today in afternoon to fill up gas for my car, when i came out to fill up my car, the pump was so dirty , dirt was on pump, made my mood bad then i went away from there , filled my gas from another gas station, i think these things are common sense, they should know that pumps should be cleaned properly time by the time, cleaniness should be must because it makes a good impression
