I went to get my Covid vaccine. I specifically asked for Moderna. I have medical reasons for only accepting this vaccine. I later received a telephone call advising that they accidentally gave me the wrong vaccine.

My experience at the Victoria Square mall was wonderful. Laurie helped me in my purchase of perfume, including selection, depending on my tastes and in getting me maximum discounts, saving me a lot of money. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

We are from out of province and went to 3 nearby walk-in clinics who were going to charge us ridiculous amounts of money to see a doctor. We went to the pharmacy and they were very quick, helpful and very thorough in giving us what we needed for my young daughter.

Friendly cashier helped throughout transaction. You need staff to input Senir discount. Senior days is 55 years and old NOT 65 years as Google states. Milk was $5.49 senior's day $4.72.

Massive glowing sign announces they are open until midnight, but the store actually closes at 10pm.

Don’t expect ordering any prescription in person to mean anything to anyone here, the request won’t be processed and you’ll have to wait for them to fill it when you go to pick them up. The likelihood of them only giving you a single week’s worth of your medication is pretty high as well.I’ve had this happen to me too many times to count, but my most recent experience took the cake. They only sent me out the door with a single week’s worth of my medication after I order said medication two days prior in person.They need to train their employees better or find the source of the problem and fix it, as my entire family has experienced similar problems with this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy in the city. Nobody has a clue what’s going on. After my prescription being incorrect I was told they would sort it out in a couple days and call me when its ready. After a week w/o phone call no one still had any idea what was going on.I contacted my previous pharmacist and they sorted out for me in minutes over the phone.

I know and understand that pharmacy staff is trying but I don't understand Spiro is an amazing pharmacist that looked at one thing for me that two could not see and things are still not fixed. I am understanding but confused pretty much everytime I go in the Computers are down. I would understand if maybe there was communication between staff.

First time reviewing a business ever, but I am only doing it as a public service. Today my 5 year old was very sick so I talked to my family doctor who sent the prescription to this pharmacy. First of all, we were told that it would take TWO hours to get the medication ever, which is kind of normal for this pharmacy, I’d assume due to understaffing. We waited for about 2 hours so I called to ask for an update. The pharmacist said they did not have the order for my son’s medicine. After double checking with other staff member, the pharmacist told me that they were out of the medicine. I asked him why they did not call me to inform me about this so I could do something about it instead of waiting for a phone call that never was going to happen. He only said sorry. I guess that they were so busy and since they knew that they were not going to make money with my business, they did not ever bothering calling me. So upsetting.

I just called today for my prescription and ask them to ready before 6pm because i had to take that before 6 and it was an urgent for me but the person who were on call from the pharmacy she was very rude and instead of helping she told that we have 200 people waiting here so cant help me to get my prescription ready on that time it was so rude.
