Bought hoodies for a hockey team. They turned out very poorly. Logo looked choppy and the ink was not consistent. When asked the employee said it was the material but could not explain why some looked better than others! The next day we received an email both threatening myself and another individual. All I asked was for them to be fixed or a discount or something. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this business. Rude and sexist.

19 years at my trade, and I have never once hung up on a customer. Why are you in the customer service industry if you're not there for the customer or at least help the customer understand your side? That's just rude, man. You left zero room for positive opportunities.Perhaps it was just an off day, and you're better than this, but I'm still giving you a 3.

Great experience with Silver Screen. I had taken orders for work shirts and brought them to a competitor. The other guys needed a 3 week turn around before they could start and another 2 weeks after that. I changed my printer to Silver Screen and they completed my order in less than 12 days! Darren and Co. delivered! Don’t waste your time with the other guys!

Can't even get things right with the school division. I ordered two shirt through the school, and found out today that Silver Screen couldn't get me my shirt. So unprofessional. If you knew you couldn't get the orange shirt days done on time, and make sure there was enough. Don't even bother. Waste of time and money.

Very unimpressed with silverscreen and they’re customer service. My school ordered senior clothing from silver screen and my name was misspelt on the sweater but spelled correctly on the order form. In addition to the 45$ cost of the sweatshirt it will be an extra 20$ to fix their mistake. The sweatshirt is good quality and a very nice material but I’m disappointed that there will be another cost to fix the error.

Bought shirts from Silver Screen on two different occasions using logos I had design myself. Even had to call back and get some shirts printed on short notice. Shirts looks great, exactly what I wanted and priced reasonably. Communication with the staff was efficient and when we had to make some minor changes to one of the logos we were able to handle everything via email. If our club does shirts again this year will definitely be going back.

Rod and crew have always been great in my 15 plus years working with them. However, this time they went beyond the call of duty to turn around a quick reorder after I made a mistake on the original. Two days later we had the t-shirts in time for the tournament. Outstanding customer service!

I went here for logo's on my vehicle, the disk with logo design which was 3/4 done from someone else but not a big enough file costed a fortune. I found out later from other logo companies that that was EXTREMELY over priced. I emailed to get another trailer booked in same logos and sizes as the last because they did a decent job and he told me he would match last years price and a couple hours later said costs have gone up and he can't do the same price. That would have been fine if he said that to start with but he didn't. Then I realize my view through that isn't even a year old is peeling off, I messaged the owner and he blamed me and demanded I get it booked in for him to see. All around very rude, over priced, arrogant and careless.
