My hubby and I drove 3 hours to look at a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. SGI wrote off our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we needed to replace it. It was exactly the vehicle we needed, as we wanted the 5.7 l engine, because we use it to tow our travel trailer. This is the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. It was totally stress free. They even offered to take our old vehicle to the SGI Claims Office. Thank you to Jason and Adam for your excellent service. We will definitely recommend your business to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It was worth the 3 hour drive!!

This was the best car buying experience of my life. I got a candid assessment of the vehicles I was interested in from Dwight. Both vehicles were spotless and exactly as they were on the website. Both had Carfax reports (and in fact I had to sign off on the bill of sale that I had reviewed the Carfax report). After I had purchased the vehicle and was picking it up, the salesman pointed out a 2 inch crack in the rear bumper which I hadn't noticed. He informed me that they have ordered a new bumper and will be replacing it at their cost. At no time did I feel pressured. For the last 20 years and last 6 vehicles I have dealt with a major dealership and had all my servicing done by them. I am switching my allegiance for both sales and maintenance to Siman Auto Sales.

While on my way to a family reunion my truck that I had for 18 years blew its engine leaving me stranded on the highway on one of the hottest days of the year. I work 2 jobs and have a disabled wife with stage 4 terminal cancer. I needed a vehicle! The team at Siman's Jason, Adam and Mike were awesome to work with and made sure we got a reliable vehicle that my wife was able to get in and out of with no problems. Thank you Simans auto sales you're the best.

I went into Siman auto Sales last Monday because they had a Jeep that I was in love with on the lot. Everyone was very nice while I was in there and I took the vehicle for a test drive, loved it and decided to apply for the vehicle. They told me they would work on the application and call me back once they've heard back. I called them the next day and the gentlemen said he was just working on it and he would call me back when be heard anything. Flash forward to Saturday and i STILL have not recieved any phone call from them so I called them and the guy said because the banks were down he wasn't able to work on it and apologized for not contacting me and letting me know. He said he would call me back within the hour. It is now Tuesday at 3pm and I have STILL not recieved a single form of communication from them. I'm so thoroughly disappointed. I don't need to be treated like I'm special but it would be nice to be treated like a human being at least. The complete lack of regard for me as a person is pretty shameful. I currently would not recommend them to anyone.

I would like to start with thanking everyone at simans, they are so welcoming and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in.
When i went here i was after a car, one that has been a dream and goal since dodge had brought them out, i was looking at another then found this one.
When i found out the other one had sold on me i explained my situation to simans and expressed how this car was the one i want and i am after, Adam had initially taken my call and was very polite and professional, after i had dealt with mike who made this process so easy even with the road blocks he also brought information from my previous loan to my attention which i was not aware he was upfront and transparent from start to finish extremely professional and easy to deal with.
Thank you for working with me through this process and thank you for making my dream become a reality of being a challenger owner.
On a side note id like to give jason a special shoutout i have a younger child with me and it can be extremely stressful at times to bring him to places like this, but he went out of his way to speak with my child and i and even gave me great advice in regards to sports for him. This itself means so much to me the way he acknowledged us and went out of his way but in the utmost professional way i cant thank him enough as a parent.

The worst experience buying a car. I bought a car for 14k Cad and it only worked for 3 and a half months. We were stranded in the middle of the trip. I called them and they only told me that the warranty was no longer covered. I sent emails and they never responded to me. It was a total loss of the car since the engine broke. I don't recommend you buy there.

I sent this email on June 12, 2023. I had to sell my car in Alberta because I couldn't bring it here. and it took me more than 1 month to have an appointment with a mechanic. Why I write now. because I can leave my opinion whenever I want and if I can warn people with my experience I will do so. I pay for that car $13,760.67 CAD.

We purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox car on January 28 with you. We have made a trip with my children to Alberta on Friday, May 19, and when we were 2 hours away from arriving the car turned off showing an "Engine Power is reduced" message, we were stranded for more than 3 hours waiting for a towed and towed us to Drumheller, which was the closest city and the cost of this tow truck was 420 CAD. We had enormous problems because Monday was a holiday and unfortunately the mechanics took the long week as a holiday, we had to stay until Tuesday and leave the car at Canadian Tire in Drumheller since it was the only one that accepted us. After more than 2 weeks of waiting for them to have time to review it, they called us and told us that the car's engine no longer worked and that it had to be changed. Lines below I add the options that they give us to repair the car:
"The engine's timing chain slipped or jumped some cogs which caused irreparable damage to the engine's valves and pistons. All the oil was pushed into the top end of the engine and was coming out of the spark plugs when they were removed."
The only options you have are:
Option 1. Sell it to a wrecker as is, the mechanic I talked to said it should be worth $2,500-$3,000.
Option 2. Find a used motor for an estimated $4-5000 and redo the front end of that motor estimate $1500-2000 and swap it out with this motor estimate $1500-2000 for a total of $7-9000.
Option 3. Buy a new replacement motor for an estimated $10,000 and replace it with an estimated $1500-2000 for a total of estimated $11,500-12,000.
We make the purchase in your store trusting in acquiring a car that will last us much longer, not for less than 4 months. We come to you so that you can provide us with a possible solution since it is impossible for us to cover this repair. Besides considering bringing it to Regina it is an average cost of 1000 CAD.

I have to admit, I was reluctant to deal with a salesperson at a used car lot. But Siman Auto Sales had a Toyota CHR that I had been looking for for a while. Low kms, options I was looking for and at a great price. My personal experience in completing the purchase exceeded all of my expectations. We were so happy with the service we received. We went in just wanting to look and ask questions. There was never a moment of feeling pressured or rushed. We were able to look around, test drive, and ask all the questions without feeling like we had to move forward. At first we left just feeling good we looked at what we wanted but we ended up going back and purchasing a vehicle because we found exactly what we wanted at a price we were happy with. The whole process was quick and we were well informed the whole way through. All the staff were very friendly from the moment we walked through the door and Mike was thorough and made the process a great experience.
