Produce goes rotten the next day, I believe their issue is either defective over cold produce fridges or very poor quality of produce

Staff at this store, particularly senior leadership are racist and discriminate and harass customers who are people of colour like myself. I purchased some berries yesterday as I was in the area after work, and after I left the checkout an older employee made up some false story about me putting meat in a aisle and embarrassed and humiliated me by asking me if I forgot something in my bag. No other customers received this level of harassment it is disgusting and completely unprofessional. It is against the law to make false accusations and harassment and discrimination and it violates my rights to shop in peace. Let me make it clear that had I actually committed a crime I would have been arrested and not allowed to leave the store. I have been a long time customer of Sobeys for years, mainly going to the east location, never dealt with this at all on Quance. After the experience I filed a complaint with Headquarters and The BBB. You can’t treat people like this and falsely accuse them.

And one of the best bakeries for bread in Regina

I used to love shopping here but the last year things are not as nice. You have fairly rude staff, constantly on cell phones. They don't greet you or say goodbye. I am disappointed to say I will most likely drive east to pick up the things I need. I just wish the care was there at this location. Hire people who want to be apart of this community and are happy to have work and be paid. I understand this isn't a career for most the younger people working here but while they work be prepared to greet and say goodbye and interact, this is normally my last stop of the day before heading home. And lately it's just negative. I won't waste my energy here. Do better for your community and employ positive, productive people who WANT to be at work.

Terrible customer service at till. Young girl put groceries through and then got on her phone while I was packing groceries. I had to ask her to bag the raw chicken packs. Then I passed her one of my bags while I was packing my crate. I had to tell her to help me finish packing. At Superstore I know I’m packing my own groceries.

Looking for a large tray of stewing beef, Sobeys on Rochdale had it for $32.00. Laughed to myself and stopped at Fresh co. $16.00 for exact same size. I can see a few dollars difference but double? Sobeys is obviously gouging its customers and people need to just say no more.

Store is clean and kept up friendly staff excellent meat section and good value. Produce section could use some improvement however.
