The staff, especially Ruth, has been incredibly helpful. She made the moving process much easier by assisting with the paperwork and arranging the reserved elevator for moving our furniture.

The building has several problems.1. The elevator in the building has been out of service for the past month. This has caused inconvenience to residents.2. The hot water supply in our apartment has been unreliable, despite multiple complaints.All residents are frustrated now.
