I went in on Christmas Eve to get running shoes for my daughter. The associate in the shoe section was absolutely amazing. He was courteous and conversational. We were in and out within 10 min with a pair of shoes. He was absolutely exceptional, I'm sad I didn't get his name. I hope head office passes along my accolades. You were awesome!

I'm really dissatisfied with the employees, especially the manager who was on the floor right before closing. At the time of billing, I had some questions and a discount code. I was at the billing counter at six and asked, but the manager's response was unprofessional. I apologised for taking up their time, but since I'm paying, I want to know the billing amount, and his rudeness made me decide not to return to that store. I work in customer service as well, so I know how to handle clients. This is the worst thing I've ever experienced in Canada.

I just recently visited Sportchek and I received very bad service from the footwear girl (Juliana), she was kicking customers out before 30min. never had this kind of service from past employees.

I had an amazing shopping experience at Sport Chek in Southland Mall, all thanks to Nimi! She was working as a cashier when I visited and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect running shoes. Her advice and recommendations were spot on, and now, a month later, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
Nimi is incredibly positive, knowledgeable, and truly customer-centric. Her excellent service made my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future purchases. Thanks again, Nimi, for your outstanding help! 🙌

Selected one pair of shoe when it was brought to counter for payment they increased price that was listed and got it checked by the manager and manager was rude he said someone replaced the shoe with another shoe. I would particularly point out the manager who came to re-check the price as he could have explain this politely but he was rude. Would never go back there again.

Jayden was a great help. Was patient and informative as we picked out our bikes. They only lose a star for not having a technician in on Tuesday we would've loved to get them the same day. Also they run different prices in store than online, this confuses people keep the prices synonymous.
