This is an online review: I made an order for multiple yeti mugs and one came very dented and with the price sticker ripped off the bottom (so probably previously purchased and returned). It was frustrating to receive something they shipped out that clearly wasn't checked. The mugs were securely wrapped within their box so it seems highly unlikely it was damaged in transport. I sent a message to customer response and haven't heard back yet in a week. I went to the nearest in person store but they didn't have the same mug to replace it with either. The kicker is that when I returned it they marked it as do not sell. So they definitely shouldnt have sold it in the first place.
Fast forward to me giving it one more try and making another order of yeti mugs to be used as gifts (had to order onlinr as there was an online deal). 2/3 came visibly scuffed and I can't gift them now. My frustration is directed at Sport Chek clearly not verifying their products before mailing out to customers. 3/9 total mugs or 33%, being defected is not good business. I submitted another message to customer service for this one as well. This whole thing has been a headache being disappointed and having to run around to the store only to not be able to replace the mugs anyways.
Would NOT recommend ordering with them online as products have a high chance of coming predamaged.

I bought a winter Jacket from here. At one point I thought this one doesn't gonna work for me. But, 'Iryne' a sales girl she helped me to find those one on sales. She got me jacket actually worth $350 and that was on sale then I got that one for $90. Yeah that was a bargain. Then when I moved to Checkout I met another Amazing person 'Mathews' a super friendly guy as Cashier.
I can say these guys are born salesmen's.

I was a little disappointed when I tried to find what I wanted. My husband found a couple shirts, but most of the shirts I looked at were not the material or coverage I wanted. Same went for the shorts.

Horrible experience here, would not recommend. I found a pair of shoes to purchase, the last ones in the style and size. However when I took them out of the box, in the store - the bottoms were dirty and had appeared they were well worn previously. I brought this to the attention of the staff and inquired about a discount due to this - the staff justified them being dirty due to people trying them on. I explained these were a gift and they were expecting me to gift dirty shoes - to which there was no resolution. After waiting on the staff to answer questions regarding this - it wasted half an hour of my time. I will not be back and unfortunately did enjoy the staff and this location until this!

Thank you Garret for your impeccable customer service, knowledge and patience. I'm so happy with my purchase and the overall experience. My family and I were at the Southend (Gordon road) location just yesterday and were ignored the entire time, despite walking around with 3 floor models to try on as they weren't my size. Every employee on the floor stood their doing absolutely nothing, almost performative why they were even out there, if not to help customers or make sales lol... absolutely a teachable moment for any management of that location that cares at all about their reputation... because it wasnt even closing time, as we were there atleast an hour before to even consider that as a plausible variable as to why we were being ignored. Anyways, the east location staff were all super friendly, greeted us within seconds, and also very informed. We appreciate your efforts, more than words!!!! Thanks again!!!
