We broke a spring which took out a tire on our 18' travel trailer. Found Spring Service through Google and were able to be squeezed in the next morning. CAA towed us there that evening and we stayed in the trailer until morning. Staff were very nice and knew their stuff! They had the springs in stock as well as a new spare tire. We were back on the road well before lunch. Price was quite reasonable.

I needed new u bolts for a spring swap on my camper and even though they were swamped they exchanged the ones I bought in error and set me up with the right ones for a lower price. Excellent service. Keep it up!

I've had a couple great dealings
here for oddball or out of stock items at my normal suppliers.
They have no issues shipping to me in Ontario.
Finding great businesses to deal with these days are getting few and far between.

Our camping trailer broke down on us half way across Canada and not only did Jeremy look after the repairs but allowed us to keep the trailer there for 4 weeks until we could pick it up again on our way back home. Service like no other.

The customer service at this business is outstanding!!!! I called them at 2:30 and was told to bring my truck in and hopefully would be done by 10am the next day as I had to make a trip to Saskatoon. Fast forward 2 HOURS…..work was completed. Thanks to all but especially Stephanie and Jeremy.

The rear tires on our rv were wearing abnormally. A friend told me this was the place to go. The team at Spring Service straightened out the axles and got us on the road again. Friendly staff and great work. Thanks to all!

We had been having trouble with our trailer since Friday evening, in a Walmart parking lot. On Monday morning, first thing in the morning, we went to this merchant who kindly agreed to carry out the repair without delay. We were able to continue our journey home, almost 3000 km...Thanks again!

Customer Service At It’s BEST!My 2010 truck had been sounding pretty awful, and the shape of our roads certainly didn’t help.I was referred by our family mechanic to see Spring Service LTD.Last Friday, I visited their shop. Mel came out to take a look and confirmed that I would need my two leaf spring’s replaced. One was completely broken and the other cracked. He offered a verbal quote on the spot. He further advised not to drive it if at all possible and I was lucky the first one turned inward as opposed to outward-which could cut my tire! From there we went in to see where I could be fit in. Monday!Wow-seriously? Why yes; I could absolutely have it back for you first thing in the morning. Repaired and on the road later that afternoon-and as quoted.Mel and his team were friendly, kind and trustworthy. I felt so comfortable with the entire process and would highly recommend Spring Service!

While travelling through Regina today on my way home I lost a wheel bearing on the rental trailer I was towing. This happened around 2:00pm.Mel and his team were able to repair it within about 2-hours, and they had me on my way.Outstanding service!
