We ordered a furniture from this place it was pricey and the result was disappointing because the chair was cracked. The quality is bad and the waiting takes long.

Ordered the Kabbann 7 drawer chest for our bedroom thinking that it would offer a lot of storage space for me and my wife. The advertised depth of the dresser is 18 inches however the depth of the drawers is not even 12 inches. The dresser offers very little storage space and takes up a lot of room in our bedroom. Not to mention the delivery was over 3 months behind the estimated date and we had to replace one of the drawer handles upon delivery as it was the wrong dimensions.

The staff talks very rudely and does not respect customers. Poor quality products and bad staff. never visit here again.

I really like both the couch and recliner I've purchased from Structube. It's nice to walk through the store and get an idea of what you do and don't like, but our experience was that it's actually easier to order online and have shipped to the store, which is free. The time we went into the store to purchase something, they essentially ordered it online for us, so we actually could've saved the first trip and just come to pick it up. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though! I'm sure we will purchase here again.

Sold me tables that were discontinued and never caught the error. A month later I caught the error and they acted like it was my fault. Not very good customer service at all.

3.5 Stars- I had read all of the reviews on Structube and was quite hesitant to order at first. In September I decided to take a chance and order a table and console as Structube's furniture is beautiful and not overpriced. As many other reviews say, I was told a delivery date, the date would pass, and I would contact the store only to be told the date had been pushed back even further. This became a bit frustrating as it is hard to enjoy a new home without the furniture that you have already paid for. I ended up cancelling my console piece as I was not willing to wait 4 months for it into December, when I was originally told beginning of October. With the table, I continued to call Structube week after week for updates. I spoke with the store manager multiple times who was very helpful and understood the frustration of my situation.
In the end, we FINALLY received our table 3 months after ordering it.... and it was damaged. Structube was hardly offering 10% off of what we paid for the table in compensation for the damage, however again the store manager spoke to HQ and was able to get a bit more off (still not great though). OVERALL, good quality furniture, great prices, polite management but inaccurate and slightly disappointing wait times. If you have the time to wait for your furniture then definitely order, but if you expect a quick delivery find something else!
