My experience here was great, I found exactly what I needed and more! The prices are a lot cheaper than other places I have looked at and their payment plans are very flexible. Harpreet helped us a lot and knew exactly how to help us, from finding what we needed to dealing with the payment, his service was amazing overall. Beyond happy with my experience here!

The online tracker was excellent. The men called when they arrived outside, and worked well together to move everything into the far room. They were pleasant and polite. They were even kind to our spoiled little dog. 10/10 Would recommend.

Raj , the sales rep in the store, was incredibly helpful. I was happy with the delivery tracking and my new stove was put into place with no problems by the delivery crew. Overall, a good experience and I will definitely buy from the Brick Outiet in the future.

Amazing experience buying a new mattress! Sales associate was quick to helping me when I walked through the door, asked what I was looking for and what my price range was. At first they showed me options at the top end of my budget, showing me different options of mattresses and bases. They encouraged me to lay on the mattress for several minutes to get a good feel and came back to check on me and they were more than happy to show me some options at a lower price point. I wasn't pressured to buy the more expensive option, they told me about warranty, mattress protectors, etc. I was able to come out with what will hopefully be a great new bed at the price point I was looking for including taxes and delivery!
Update!
Just had my delivery come! The gents that delivered it were AMAZING. They were quick,
efficient and even set up the bed for me! 10/10 would recommend ordering and getting furniture from The Brick Outlet!
