I am still waiting for the resolution for the Order # 08014SEVSJW. Purchase date : Aug 1, 2024. claim ID # 14977132, filed for the Drake Grey sofa discolored. It's been more than 3 weeks, technician who took photos but store has not received it. This is turning out to be a very bad experience after multiple purchases made at the East location Regina. They focus on upselling warranty for each product. However, after sales service is not very good. I have made multiple calls & emails. Probably going to cancel the last purchase made for the Invoice #10264SEBGPZ on 26th Oct if the claim is not settled this week. Frustrated customer.

Shima was very pleasant and knowledgeable in assisting us with finding our new mattress and box spring. She walked us through several options while listening to our needs with regards to firmness because my partner and I both work on our feet for long hours and needed proper support for our backs. It was a easy selection process which allowed us to spend more time together on our joint day off!
