Went there to buy a UPS backup power, staff were very helpful. everyone was knowledgeable with the product and it was well explained to me. Even the place is very neat and well organized. Thank you to Vida she was very helpful and gave me the best deal . will definitely come back to buy Quest 3 soon.

Recently went in for an upgrade and got the Samsung galaxy s24+… didn’t really like it as I’ve had iPhone my entire life but wanted to try. I also was not approached by the staff when I first went in to get my upgrade I had to ask for help. Today Syed welcomed me and asked how he was able to help me. Didn’t end up wanting to keep it so I went back in within the 15 day grace period and Syed was very helpful with the return / new purchase process! 10/10 recommend seeing him if you go to the Northgate Source
