Took me over 1hr (only 2 people were ahead of me in line) to ship a small envelope and cost me $50. Extremely overpriced and poor service. Will not be going back.

Dropped off an amazon return. Took no longer than 3 seconds. I can't imagine there being much more of a fuss than that. Easy positive review.

If I can give you a zero even that will be more than you deserve. Worst ever store I have ever seen.. the guy I encountered was terrible who does not understand English and doesn’t know ABC of the customer service. Never listen to you just keeps on yelling. I ordered three booklets online for printing and was emailed that it’s ready for pickup. When I went to pick up he handed me one booklet. Upon showing him the receipt he said come back for another two. Went next day after receiving email again and he gave me the same booklet printed twice. He said that he will do third one and will call again to pick up. Kept waiting for 3 days and was never contacted, finally phoned him and he said he can’t do it because of copyright issues. I said I paid for it and bought it from institute legally and can show the payment and confirmation. He never listened. Just kept yelling in front of another customers . He doesn’t feel ashamed of insulting the customer . Terrible service and rude staff. Never suggest anyone to go there.

They delivered to the wrong address. I was able to track my package but when I phoned UPS to complain, they hung up. Very poor customer service worse delivery drivers. Highly don’t recommend.

Terrible service. Had to do a return box was packaged up. Charged $2 to put the label on. A full packaging price.

I sent a package to this store for pick-up by an employee. The shipping company reported it as delivered, but when the individual went to pick it up, they were told the package didn't exist and sent them away. I had to open a support ticket with the shipping company - they confirmed that the package was at the store and a follow-up phone call confirmed that it was there.
When the employee went back a second time to pick up the package, the staff was very rude and made our employee feel very uncomfortable. Would not suggest that anyone use this service.

Where is my package?Dropped off a package Monday at around noon and it hasn’t been scanned in and it’s now Saturday.Called into the store to ask where it is and the guy on the phone could barely speak English and could not tell me where the package is.He wanted me to send him a text? Sounds like very strange business practise.I've already called the 1-800 number to escale this issue. On the phone the man told me to call the 1-800 number for UPS customer service (which I already did)This is unacceptable. You have one job, to scan in and deliver packages and you fail to do that.

Very bad service. Do not recommend wasting your time coming to this location. The owner was very rude, cuts you off mid sentence and hangs up the phone on you.
