Awesome staff and great collection. Bought suit and shirts and also got online order exchanged. Staff has been very friendly and gave the right suggestions. Also got the suit and trousers altered at small charge in less than 3 days.

I've visited with my son several times and we always receive great service from Jordan. He's an excellent ambassador for the store. I'd appreciate a bigger selection, there's not enough in jeans and dress shirts. I've noticed way more t shirts andsweat shirts but less casual dress items. I'm a 2x, my son is a 2xt and there was little selection on our last visit.

Unfortunately , they don't teach employees , how to respect their client. Sanam was very rude with one of the client when I was in store on Dec 24. She behaves like she is the owner of the store.

What can I say ? Best store In the town, when you go in looking some sales, is easy buy and go right ? But the wonderful employees will let you know what kind the side you need and what will fit you better !

I've been shopping at tip top since I was 18..the service I get from a staff member here or in downtown Calgary is superb.from entering the store until I'm at the cash desk..the sales ppl are knowledgeable. Friendly ..not pushy..they handle me like cashmere..which keeps me coming back..now I'm 49..the clothing is current..stylish. I'm a gent who is not afraid to wear bold prints..have every accessory..and details r my identity..so we all have fun dressing me..I try to get to know all the sales ppl..so my next visit they'll remember me and they understand my needs..the clothing is always presented beautifully..prompt friendly greetings n approach..they go out of there way to call other locations for sizes..the tailoring is on point..and not costly like u might think paying to have a suit jacket custom fitted..or any garment that needs adjustments.Thanks to all the staff that have given me outstanding service..Here in Regina..I'm treated like family..and a king..5 stars..

My fiancé and I went in just to look around for a wedding suit! The lady there was super helpful and even sold us on buying a suit! Highly recommend checking Tip Top Tailors out if you're looking to find a good quality suit for a reasonable price! :)
