I called to book an appointment for Pedicure and the lady who spoke to me was extremely rude in her tone and disinterested to take the appointment. Her voice, tone and reply was blunt, rude and abrupt and she was just focused on cutting my call. So I decided not to book the appointment. The rude customer care behavior was evident from the phone call itself. Useless place.

I can confidently say I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This experience was the last straw for me.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this salon, but yesterday was particularly frustrating. I booked an appointment for 3:30 PM, but they called later, asking me to come at 4 PM instead. I agreed, but emphasized that I needed to be done within an hour to take my daughter to her class. They assured me it wouldn’t be an issue.
When I arrived, time dragged on, and by 5 PM, I told the technician, Thomas, that I needed to leave to pick up my daughter. He told me to go ahead and come back afterward. I returned, requested ombre for my nails, but he was unable . I asked for a simple French manicure instead, hoping it would be quick and easy. Unfortunately, Thomas did the worst job I’ve ever seen. After an hour and a half, my nails were uneven—some were short, and others were long.
I was in a rush, so I didn’t say anything at the time and left. However, the next day, I called the manager, Kevin, to express my concerns. Instead of listening, he started yelling at me, which was incredibly rude and unacceptable.
Meanwhile these names are their nick names and when you ask your real name to know who you are dealing with they lie.

I wanted a simple french gel manicure. They told me they couldn't do it same as the picture. That's just tells me that nobody is educated in the salon. There was also reused nail files and buffers. Thry actually wiped off the remaining white french tip. Left it just plain. I'm sure there is a rule and regulation about useing a nail file one time use per client. Simply no passion as they are nail technicians. I won't be going back.

Overall amazing service. But they did have me leave before my polish had dried completely. Had to come home, remove it and reapply at home which was unfortunate. But the staff was friendly and efficient.

The worst ever. Helen didn’t know any design and the nails are so thick. Keeps on breaking. I showed her the design she said she can’t do that. And then I showed her another design, she started my nails and never said anything. It took me and my friend 15 to 20 mins choosing the colors and once the nails were done she goes this design will take two hours could you choose something else. So disappointed, why would she start the nails when she can’t complete them. I used to love this place, I would usually see Julie never had any complaints. But this lady was the worst ever. This is my first time giving anyone a bad review. Ended up getting black matte nails. They are also not good.

I have had multiple bad experiences here but came again because my cousin invited me. I got a pedicure. While the man was cutting my cuticles. He cut me and I was bleeding. Which he did not acknowledge. Then he dropped the cuticle cutter on the floor and continued without cleaning the tool or my toe. He kept applying green liquid to my bleeding toe, still not acknowledging he cut me. It was time for polish and I told him to put a bandaid on it and not paint it. We had a language barrier so a different man came over and finished. He said sorry and then the initial man said sorry. I was expecting the service to be free or at least discontinued due to the injury he inflicted. I went to pay and it was full price. I said I would not pay full price if one of my toes wasn’t painted and I was bleeding. He said okay and gave me 5 dollars off. That’s it. It is easy to say I will not be coming back here again.

So badI called them 2 weeks ago and booked around 7 pm because i work till 6.40I asked them specifically that can you guys do it properly with time.They rushed my nails in 30 mins and did in such a hurry because they were closing.No filling no proper cleaningSo bad service and bad experience

I got gel nails today and they’re ABSOLUTELY adorable! The nail techs were professional and definitely understood the assignment! My boyfriend compliments on my nails a lot! Will come back for sure.
