I have truly never had an experience at your store where I felt attended to as a customer. I’ve considered writing a review nearly every time I shop. I come again hoping the experience will change and it never does. This will absolutely be my last time coming in.The staff does not acknowledge customers!! They sit at the till on their phones or computer. I was offered ZERO help. Had to lead myself to the change-room including carrying my pile of items. (She did not offer to start a fitting room.) There was no attempt at her making any type of conversation and quite frankly I felt unwelcome. Very standoffish. This is just unacceptable. I did buy the top as I was in need on short notice for an event but I will not be back. A discussion with your staff on what customer service means needs to happen. The effort put in was a 1/10.

The store has clothing that I like. Hence, why I have been coming back. Customer service is a joke for a local business. 9/10 I don’t get decent customer service. I would come into the store and no one would even do a simple greeting but when another customer comes in, that customer would be eagerly greeted. I would ask questions politely at times and would receive snarky answers back.Recently, I took time after my shift at work to go shop (to support a local business) and I asked the associate if they had a dress in stock. However, she said that it wasn’t in stock even though online it said it was in stock. I asked the associate the reason why it would say it was in stock online but it’s not in store. She replied that during the holiday season the inventory can get out of wack. It’s understandable but all three sizes (small, medium and large) were in stock online. That’s a bit suspicious to me.I noticed that uforia muse offers a pick up service if you order online. So I ordered the dress online and did a pick up service. To my surprise, the pick up order was ready the next day. When I was told it was out of stock. I’ll give credit to the business of being quick with the pick up service.Now I wanted to try on the dress before purchasing it since I wanted to see if it would fit me the way I liked. However, l guess I had to do a pick order. When I did come to pick up the order, I did tell the lady who was working that day how the day before I was there the associate who helped me said it wasn’t in stock. How I had to do a pick up order and now I have the dress but I wanted a bit of clarity of why that’s the case. The lady says the online store and physical store have a different inventory which I can see but I don’t think she was being honest. Why couldn’t the associate the day before tell me that. Also they seem too small of a business to have a separate inventory of their physical and online store.I don’t think I’ll be coming back to shop here anytime soon.

I love this place! I remember when they opened their first location on Albert street. I was too young to really appreciate it but then they opened their 13th AVE location and I shopped there a few times over the years! I would always make sure to stop in during the Arts Festival.BUT I feel the VIBE of the east location is a lot nicer and have been in there quite a bit despite them just opening.I can already tell it is My new FAVE!!!

Disappointing experience. I brought my little sister here since she loved this store last time she came to visit but the customer service was absolutely terrible.No acknowledgement from the staff despite the store only had the two of us and her. No greeting, no checking up on us. Just made us feel like we’re not “worth” her time.The next customers that came in, immediate attitude change. Staff and acknowledged them immediately. So is it just us or they like to pick and choose who to to be friendly to?We were interested in shopping but this left a bad taste in our mouth and won’t be coming back.Please train staff better.

My ultimate favourite store in YQR! They carry all the latest trends, in brands I love! You can easily create an entire outfit, for the price you’d usually spend on a single piece. This store is an absolute must visit in Regina!
