Our family desided that we needed to upgrade our television in our residence. We had a set budget, so we set out in the city in search of a great television. We attended all department stores and electronics stores, and after listening to staff that had no knowledge of what it means to stay within a budget or knowledge of what there products consisted.
We finally ended up at Visions on Victoria Ave East.
On entering this electronics store, we had time to view all the televisions nicely displayed. Shortly a gentleman approached and asked if he could help us. On explaining our reason of being there, and wanting to stay within our budget on our purchase, this person who listen ed to our concerns, assisted us in finding a great television, is no other than Dave Krutarth.
We never met such great and knowledgeable person. Dave is no high pressure salesman. He understood our budget, his product knowledge was impeccable. His communication skills and personality were above reproach , to both myself and my wife.
We concluded and made a great and bought home a great television. Dave worked out a great price, hat we're all we're happy with in the end
Dave, we personally want to thank you for all you knowledge, guidance and honest professionalism.
We recommend Visions on Victoria Ave East for all your electronic needs, the staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and work together as a team. If you head to this store ask for Dave, he will work with you to get what ever your there for, but honestly, all the staff there are great.

Troy Patryluk was my sales person. First over the telephone and the following day in person. He explained the different features of the televisions. I was just interested in the 55" Samsung TV. He showed me two different TV explaining why the pictures were different. Sadly I liked the more expensive one's clarity but I'm sure I will be pleased with the one I picked as it is an improvement to what I currently have. I can't say enough of Troy's knowledge and not pushing for a sale. He never talked down to me knowing i had no knowledge about TVs. Walked me through the advantages of extended warranty which I asked about. Can't say enough good things about Troy and his customer service. Will definitely ask for him for future purchases.

Bought what was supposed to be a brand new TV, got Home and as I was opening the box realized this was obviously returned, poorly repackaged and missing accessories not to mention the scotch tape on the bags, Called down to the store only to be challenged and spoken to poorly by some kid claiming it wasn’t returned and should not have been “open box” .. been a loyal VISIONS customer for a lot of year and spent a ton of money with them, but this one experience will have me going elsewhere in the future. Wrong and JVC has lowered their packaging requirements.. lol

My husband and I had our TV die on us earlier this week so we headed down to Visions to look for a replacement. The store manager, Jordan Wilton, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to work within our budget. The customer service was second to none. We walked away with a new TV we’re very happy with. I recently purchased a new TV from Visions East Regina, and I wish to acknowledge the great service I received from Dave Krutarth. I found him to be very personable and patient with very good product knowledge, which I definitely appreciated as I had many questions regarding the product. A shoutout as well to Joey Langman who I had also spoken to a day earlier. Quality products and competitive prices are important, but GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is something that always carries a lot of weight with me.
