I had an experience that really put a bad taste in my mouth. I had 2 men follow me around the store , which I was told by a costumer . I went to customer service and the manger offered to walk me to my car which I was happy about. I called the store back the next day to ask about what they usually do after the fact in situations like this considering I have heard this has been a huge problem in Regina I was told they could have been a floor walker who was making sure I wasn’t stealing which I was confused about. I explained to the employee that I wasn’t trying to blame Walmart for anything and I was essentially trying to ask what they do in these situations. I was curious if they called the police because it wasn’t clear if the men had even left yet (people could still be at risk) I wanted to call and add to the police statement giving my side of the story and a description. I asked to speak to a manager. They said they would call me back. I didn’t receive a call when they told me I would so I called back and asked . They told me there was no manager to talk to me so they said I would be receiving a call very soon. (I have given my name and number 2 times at this point ) It has now been almost a week with no phone call. I really hope Walmart opens their eyes to these problems and understand people’s fears around this. There are children in that store. I have a feeling Walmart felt I was a accusing them of something I wasn’t. Please do better Walmart. Please start to care about peoples safety and questions surrounding it.

Went to pay for my groceries and realized I only had my card on my phone. I didn’t have my physical card asked to do a split payment absolutely refuse the matter who I talk to. This is really embarrassing. When you have a cart full of groceries you’re with your kid and everyone’s staring at you, wondering why you’re not paying for your groceries. I had the money to pay for it, but they refused to take it. This is a joke.

Went to buy batteries which were $14.99 online and said they were in stock. When i got there and saw they were double the price, the staff was unwilling to honour the price listed online. Seems a bit Sus to me.

Can your self checkout staff quit reaching over me to give themselves 5 stars! Geesh they always want 5 stars i said you literally didnt do anything but stand there. I should give myself 5 stars for checking all my items out myself. Its rude to even ask never mind reach around me to touch the screen ! 3 of them standing there doing nothing.. i can find an open till myself thx tips

Went to upgrade a phone. And they had a sign up saying deal of the day 150$ gift card for upgrading with Google pixel 9. And when I asked for the gift card all the cell phone sales people ganged up saying we don't have that. It's not with bell on with fido and refused to honor the sign that was posted and told me that it should have been removed yesterday and it wasn't and they couldn't give it to me. Couldn't honor the sign that was up. Will never get a phone here

Ordered online for pick up this afternoon at Walmart East (Regina).
Unbelievably windy day today ... no fun for anybody to be out and about!! Dhrew came out to my car before I even had time to 'check-in' at the pickup area outside, which I really appreciated. He is such a polite, kind-hearted young man ... his kindness absolutely made my day.
Thanks again, Dhrew! Was a pleasure meeting you!

The staff at the self check out will dive at the screens asking if you are satisfied with the service and press 5 stars. They will intergect and push the button for you despite how your experience was. It's fraudulant and pathetic. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Noticed a sharp decrease in customer service in Walmart over the years, I can only say I have had 1 solid experience at this store. Most have been meh, but my most recent experience was definitely awful.

bought a ps5 controller and thought it wouldn’t be used but it has stuff caked into the buttons, sides and just everywhere. even dents in it and has stick drift. paid $95 for a used and it’s bad.

I saw a lady who wanted to return some adult diaper ( unopened and in box , with receipt ) . Agent at the desk was so rude and refuse to take it back . Customer was literally crying for help and I felt so sorry for her . Absolutely disgusting customer service . I lived in canada for last 14 years and I have never seen any one giving this kind of service to any one . It was heart breaking to see some one beg and cry to return the stuff to Walmart . Walmart is a big company and treating some one like this was never expected . Why on earth you become so rude that some one beg and cry inform of you and you show no sympathy ?? This incident absolutely ruined my day and I kept thinking about that poor lady. I hope god bless her and may she meet nice people around her in future . We all struggle in our life . Be kind and it cost nothing to be kind to some one .

This place appears to have been organized with the same care as someone in a rush to find a toilet after drinking 8 litres of prune juice and Metamucil with their expired Taco Bell liquid cheese and taco landslide.
Nothing is ever in stock. Ironically, at least you can go to the bathroom here. A lifelong achievement, to be sure.

Really disappointed that we couldn't park our RV over night. We've travelled this way before and staying one night here, loading up our groceries and supplies at Walmart and the camaraderie of others just passing through as always been a highlight. Didn't spend a dime at this Walmart and not stopping here again.

There was old lady named shamna working in self checkout giving very stupid looks to the customer. Disgusting staff!!!!
