Wow Walmart shame on you! Couldn’t find the time to help an elder who is partially blind to do her quick shopping before Christmas! And the manager kept coming back saying “ what happened again!” I turned around and said. You’re lucky I don’t slap you in the face! -“making people feel like a burden, I’m never coming to this location again!! And come to find she is from carry the kettle to! 😭😭😭 how dare people make people feel this way 💔 ! If you’re grouchy with your job THEN QUIT! Where is the hospitality? Anymore!? People REALLY need to do better and be better humans for goodness sakes, just think if this was your mother or grandmother would you still approach life in that manner. I truly hope they reevaluate this and make the woman take more compassion customer service,

Just a warning to everyone that they are telling people that applying for there credit card does not affect your credit score/profile. This is a blatant lie. I am an experienced credit counsellor and I can tell you that ANY credit card that is not a pre loaded one will appear as an inquiry on your credit profile which negatively affects the final score wether it be through trans union or equifax. Please don’t believe them when they say it is a “soft pull” as it simply is not.

I only have 50$ left in my bank account. I was buying food to feed my son since his dad spends all his money on liquor instead of essentials. I accidentally gave the worker 80$ and he gave me change for 60$ and robbed me of my necessary money. Never go here.

WORST online purchase experience I have ever had!
Bought a lamp online for delivery to store. The store lost the lamp in their warehouse and it took almost 3 weeks of back and forth with walmart customer phone agents, the online shopping department in-store- including multiple trips to the store itself - before I finally got my money back. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I will NEVER spend another dollar at walmart online. They are no amazon and never will be with their uneffecive staff and policies.

Avoid this store for online orders, bunch of clown heads or just pure laziness working on that picked up department. They will tell you to come back 48 hours later to picked a product that IN-STOCK in the store which doesn’t make sense and very inconvenience. Also they never answer their phone!

pestered me to get the wallmart mastercard 5 times in the same transaction,like no means no bill cosby.
Clusless staff that wanders around constantly getting in your way or standing in your way talking.
im just going to buy stuff on amazon and other stores,i cant bother going to wallmart anymore with how annoying theyve gotten.

Let me be clear, I only stop into Walmart if I absolutely have to, and last night was one of those nights. I was returning an online order and received wonderful customer service from Hasan and Fritzline! It really was quite shocking in the best way!
I made sure to fill out the survey on the receipt, so I gave more details there and decided to add a Google review, too, in case they never got the recognition they deserve. Thank you both for being so friendly, helpful, hardworking, and engaged.
