Went in to find new pots and pans and asked a clerk about where a specific one is and was replied to very unkindly "use your eyes and walk the isle" is what I was told.
Then when proceeding to the self check out only 3 of the 10 or so were open, with all of them being in use. 2 of the 3 were flashing red saying the person needed an associate to fix it. There was 5 walmart associates standing there talking amongst themselves. After waiting about 10 minutes with no on coming to help the people needing an associate I went to ask if they could fix the self check outs and was scolded, and told to wait my turn!
Then after ringing in my own stuff and going to leave there was an associate forcing everyone to line up and show reciepts before they unlocked the gate to let anyone out single file. Not only did this express check out lane take about 25 minutes to purchase 1 item but the lack of concern regarding the legalities about proving proof of purchase before leaving (legally in canada you do not need to provide proof of purchase after purchase because the items are legally the new owners) but the way the associates spoke to the customers was ugly and very unprofessional.
Do better walmart.

Great Walmart found everything I needed, the self checkout staff were very helpful. Staff opened the gate so I can choose the Palm Tree that I was trying to buy and I found one.

Poor customer service from manager MOHAMMAD. This item that I bought is posted as $9.97. I asked the lady assisting self check out to check the price as when I scanned it, price showed $19+. Mohammad was called to check the price. He denied. Fortunately I came back to where it is before he got there and took a picture and showed to him. MOHAMMAD-customer service Manager accused me of putting the item there on top of the stall to ask for the price.
Wow! I asked him I can go with him and check.the camera. He refused. Then after I said because of the service that I experience from him I will post it online. He came back to the lady assisting me and said just to give the posted Price.
I just don't think it is proper to be treated like that in from of other people. Making a scene. Making the customer feel that their STAFF'S fault of putting a wrong price is customer's fault! Accusing customers of fraud!
He shouldn't be in that position. From the word "CUSTOMER SERVICE" Manager!

I only do curbside pickup at this location through the Walmart app which has always been a smooth process. I have waited 5 minutes at most, the groceries are always in boxes (but they will move them to bags), staff is friendly and if something is wrong with my items like damage or expired, you can easily deal with your issue on the app.

If you want to do a return or an exchange don’t expect it from this Walmart. I went to exchange/get a refund for 2 dog jackets that was one size too small, I have the receipt, the tags are still intact with the jackets, and the card I used to pay it with. I get told the numbers don't match up with their system and they were scanning the tags that was inside the jacket, not the one outside and the tag is out in the open. 3 different people told me something different and inconsistent. One says it's the wrong number that was on the tag, another said I had to have the number inside the jacket, another said I couldn't even exchange it for a size up even though I bought it there yesterday and have everything with the receipt because of the numbers.
I even offered to show them the jackets where I picked it out from and to check their cameras so they can see where I scanned them. They outright refused and told me that their hands were tied and couldn’t do anything. 3 different people gave me excuses and no solutions, not even store credit. At that point I just wanted an exchange and pay the price difference of the jacket but again refused. Their customer service was horrible too. They just didn’t want to deal with me.
So in the end I got scammed out of money because of their system and greed.

Worst one in Regina. Photo guy can’t even find an envelope in a bin. Has to get another worker to look through the same bin he just looked in and SURPRISE! She finds it, then proceeds to ignore customers while talking to his buddy across the counter. Way to assimilate into our society folks 💀
Seriously you have to be high to shop here and not have an aneurism out of rage for the stupidity of these workers

I was looking at the flyers on Walmart App, I found there is a good deal for ultra watch 2 from Dec 01 2024 to Dec 04 2024. I went to Walmart during evening and found that the watch was available in store and the sales associated said the sale will start evening 9pm est. when I went there again at same time the manager at Walmart denied to price match the watch that was on sale on the Walmart app for Canada wide location. the manager of the store was so rude, didn’t even acknowledge that the customer has tried 2 attempts in order to shop. She literally made me felt like a thief. I tried order online and that too ran out of stock because I was at the Walmart to grab one . I went there to buy things from their flyers . If they cannot assist a customer they shouldn’t put flyers. I am so disappointed for what just happened.

because they suspected us of stealing, two cashiers backed us into a corner at self checkout to have our items checked, quickly realized we didn’t steal and then pretended he “forgot” to put a coupon on. right. super uncomfortable.

I used to go to the pharmacy because it was close to home but NOT ANYMORE. Worst people and worst customer service by the pharmacy staff. They don’t know what they are doing. They shouldn’t be working there.
