The service has not been that great for a long time at any of the Regina locations. Almost every time I go into a store, I might get a "hello" but nothing afterwards and I'm left to fend for myself or no "hello" and they'll eventually come ask me if I need a change room. I always see cell phones at the counter, which is not professional, and nothing is ever sized properly. I remember when the jean walls used to look absolutely perfect and in line and perfectly straight to the point where you hated to take a size out because it'll mess it up. The Regina stores are not the same as they were 5 years ago. Yuck!

Nikita was very attentive and super pleasant. He said hi to everyone as they walked in and was extremely helpful to everyone.Very nice young man. Great experience

nice store and staff, comfortable product. Unfortunately the quality is very poor for the price. Lasted 2 months of moderate use - I typically get 2 years on wranglers.

My best and I went shopping at this location today January 30th and we had a great experience! The two ladies working were super friendly and the customer service was above and beyond.

When I arrived, the associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and really helped me out, greatly. Offered to set up a fitting room (I haven't bought new jeans in over 2 years, so I had no idea if sizes had changed), offered to grab other sizes, and helped me to get the items I wanted without affecting the organization of the items. Truly appreciated and this was a great experience at this location!! Thank you!
